We've used Leonor's for a number of years now. In general, the cleaners do a very thorough job. When things are missed, Leonor is very receptive to feedback on what was missed, and remedying the situation. The prices are very fair.
If it tells you anything, we trust them with our house key, and no supervision, and do not think about it. We are very happy with the service they provide!

We have used Leonor's for many years. They do a fine job cleaning and the prices are very reasonable. We are moving soon and will probably not use them going forward, though.
They used to be very good at communicating when they would arrive each time, by text message a day or two in advance. Communication has not been great the last couple of years, and we usually have to be the ones reaching out to them and asking when they will show up.
Over the past 12 to 18 months (at least), the maids have shown up numerous times and have forgotten the keys to the house (seems like a pretty basic thing to remember), and they seem to just assume someone will always be home to let them in, which is not always the case. And when they do remember to bring the key, they always seem to have a problem with the lock (it's a simple turn and click the handle, or go to the side door if all else fails, as we have told them repeatedly the same key works on both locks). I have shown them numerous times how easy it is to unlock the door, but yet, each time it seems to be a problem. They have lost keys, and we have had to give them replacements. Bottom line, the service has become more of a hassle for us the past few years and it's time to move on.
