This company is extremely expensive. I paid $89 just for someone to come out to speak with me and nothing was diagnosed. To diagnose the problem would have cost another $400 and that didn't include what it would cost to repair any problem found. Needless to say nothing was done because I was not prepared to pay nor forewarned the diagnoses was $400 all by itself. The tech was super nice and friendly and took his time explaining various issues that could have caused my outlets to stop working but again, nothing was diagnosed to find out due to the $400 cost to do so. Someone else posted this very same issue 4 months ago and luckily they said they only had to pay $30 or $40, unfortunate for me, I am out of $89 for a conversation we could have had over the phone. I really don't like having to give any company a bad review and the only reason I felt to do so today because it was very disappointing and not in my budget to give away $89 just for someone to drive here to not even look at one electrical socket unless I paid $400.

I've known the owner for years and he's just a solid guy. His work is clean, safe and done correctly always. He even solved a problem for me over the phone in like 2 minutes. Highly recommended.

Very, very expensive. I got a quote to replace a bathroom exhaust fan for $1000. I got another licensed electrician to do the work for $300.

I expect a bit of a difference between companies costs but a $700 difference for a job that takes an hour is far to excessive.

I'm left feeling like I threw $89 of my hard earned money out the window to receive a ridiculous quote. I'm giving two stars because they actually showed up on time and were professional which is a miracle this day and age but, if you're watching how you spend your money think twice before spending almost $100 on a quote.

Greg and his team responded quickly and did not stop working until power was restored to our home within hours of going out. He gave a thorough and easy to understand explanation of what went wrong, and how they’d fix the problem.

Both Jordan and Nick were very professional and knowledgeable! They took the time to explain everything and the options for the services. I am pleased with their service and will call on Superior Electricians for any future electrical needs!

They dont give you any type of estimate. They make you pay 40$ for a tech to come out and check your house. Then they give you an outrageous price for a Tesla Wall Charger installation.

Come on 2 grand to install a wall charger?

They also scare you to buy a $1000 dollar surge protector for your house?
But they have a life time warranty on their service? So why buy more protection?

I dont know they were really nice thats why I gave 2 stars. Just really really expensive. Almost 4 times the price of any other electrician that would come out and do it for 500$.

I feel scammed out of my 40$

Jordan came out to fix several lighting/electrical issues that i had throughout the home. He was flexible with pricing, punctual, professional, friendly, and motivated to provide excellent customer service.

They wanted me to give them money just for an estimate. Process sounded like a scam from the start. After calling and being on hold and hearing a voicemail, I was called back based on caller ID as I had not left the number. They tried to get money from me just to come out to give an estimate. In shorter time than it would’ve taken them to get the estimate my generator is already installed in for a fair price from a competitor.

We have used Kevin Prater from Superior Electricians twice for separate electrical issues and both times he has provided excellent service, quality craftsmanship, and fair pricing. Will definitely use him in the future and highly recommend to others!

Kevin was very nice and helpful. He actually explained the electrical issue in my home and how they tied into each other. I’m always open to learn new things especially concerning my home, he walked me through issues that I had no knowledge of.

Power in part of my house went out so I contacted Superior to take a look. While on the phone, I was told that there was a $125 emergency fee and that the technician would give me an estimate after he assessed the situation.

When he arrived he said that I was looking at a major diagnostic and the fee would be $588. Although I thought the fee was high I was caught between a rock and a hard place so I reluctantly agreed to the service.

The technician then took off the cover of the electrical panel and determined that no power was coming into the box. He then checked the outside meter and determined that there was no power there indicating a problem with the utility. He then said the utility would have to fix the problem. Total time diagnosing the problem was less than 30 minutes.

I spoke to the supervisor and said I thought I was being overcharged. The supervisor said I was paying for the technician’s knowledge and there was nothing he could.

I’m not sure why others have given this company 5 stars but I would recommend that you think twice before using them.

My husband hired this company to install a receptacle in our crawl space. They were very quick and efficient about the installation. They were also super friendly and it was easy to feel that they valued customer satisfaction. I'm very happy with the work they provided, and definitely recommend them for electrical jobs.

Kevin was right on time and I've never received such a in dept quote. He clearly showed us his plain and would update me with any news. He never rushed our quote and answered every question. Him and his team were great even made my kids laugh! Will never call another electrician as long as I live in peachtree city. Thanks Kevin

Superior Electricians gave us such a wonderful experience. Our technician Nick was knowledgeable, on time, experienced, and super professional. He showed us exactly what our issue was, and where it was coming from. We can’t wait to work with this company in the near future.

If I could give zero stars I would. If you need help on a Saturday don’t bother.

I had two ceiling fans and two light fixtures replaced. Scheduling was easy, and the technician was very polite and did the job quickly. He also told me things about my electrical that gave me peace of mind. I definitely plan to use them again.

Contacted Superior Electricians for an issue with an electric fireplace that stopped working. Electricians Kevin and Alex arrived. They took their time and assessed the issue. The issue was found and my fireplace is operational again. Awesome work, friendly and courteous team. They deserve a raise!!!! I will contact your office again.

I just want to say how pleased I am with Greg who showed up to my home promptly. Set clear expectations, and followed through on all of his promises. I had an emergency power situation and he came through big for me. Highly recommend!

Jordan at Superior Electricians did an outstanding job. He completely rehauled and replaced my circuit panel and box. He was on time, highly professional and a super nice guy. I highly recommend Superior and especially Jordan.
