We had a very bad experience with our cleaners from Two Maids and a Mop. The woman I spoke with, Erin in Peachtree City was easy to work with and professional but the two cleaners sent out was where everything went wrong. They were a mother daughter team and unfortunately both workers were extremely unprofessional and complained about everything they did. They complained about the length of their drive to our home, how large the house was, how dusty the homes was, and plenty more. They ran out of cleaner and used our cleaning solution without asking. They showed up an hour late. They sent a text to my husband asking him to come and do a final walk through before they left. When my husband arrived 8 minutes after they sent the text asking for him to come walk through he knocked on the front door for 15 minutes trying to get into the house. They had their music playing so loud they couldn’t hear him knock on the door and call out to them. He finally got into the house and was looking for the women, when he walks by and she is using the restroom with the door open. They left hospital grade cleaning solution on the floors which have peeled up the clear coat of ploy we had over our hardwood flooring. I’m not even sure what we will be able to do about the floors and we have an open house tomorrow to try and sell our home. The master bedroom was completely missed and we had to ask the cleaning team to do what was on the “deep clean” list of services provided. The whole job was half way done and by two cleaners with the worst attitudes. We have had a very bad experience and we do not feel like we got our moneys worth for the deep clean service we paid almost $500 for.

Brittany and Sydney did an excellent job! Showed up early and cleaned the entire house u til everything was clean and sparkling. I am pregnant and work from home with and I was very comfortable. First time using this type of service but it was worth it!

I hired Two Maids and a Mop for a deep cleaning. My home was absolutely spotless when they were done (LITERALLY). The two ladies that came and serviced my home we’re very friendly, efficient, and worked well together! I definitely recommend them for your housekeeping needs. Brandy set up my appointment and was amazing as well! All around great service.
