My heat went out, I had used Trinity Air previous to clean my Air ducts and service my A/C. They were first on my list to contact, was happy to get an appointment the next day and I was pleasantly surprised I had the same technician who came out before. He knew my system and throughout the process let me know what needed to be done. I would recommend Trinity Air for anyone who may need HVAC work.

Mark was efficient, polite,friendly and seemed very knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing and why. I appreciated that. I will ask for him the next appointment.

Can’t say enough about our Trinity Air service technician, Jehran, who came to do a seasonal system check. He was here on the early side of his time window and did a very thorough check on both systems. One system is relatively new to us and he was extremely patient with us in answering our questions and showing us how to change settings on things to better suit our needs. Jehran couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful and that makes all the difference!

We just had a great experience with Trinity Air. We woke up with no heat. We called Trinity and in less than 3 hours a technician was at our house. Brian was extremely thorough and had excellent communication skills. He diagnosed the problem, replaced the motherboard and tested everything We had never used Trinity before since we are new to the area, but they’ll be our go-to HVAC company from now on.

My technician Kirk, he was there to fix some issues I had with my bathroom plumbing. He was courteous and very respectful. He went above and beyond to ensure that all my concerns and issues were addressed.

Justin did a great job explaining the monthly plan which I thought was great so I signed up for it, at only $14.95 a month it is a bargain. Justin also did a great job explaining the status of my AC furnace, and I was happy to hear that everything was fine even though it had been two years since the last inspection. Justin also changed the batteries in the thermostat. I recommend Trinity AH & AC!!!

Lawrence was very thorough during the maintenance service on our units. He explained what was done, as well as what was needed to keep our systems functioning properly. We appreciate the excellent service today!

Gil was assigned to come to my home and "fix" the light switch in my guest bath. Thankfully, he replaced the reistat(sp?) with a regular light switch and all is well. He was very personable, explained what needed to be done (including tasks in the garage with the breaker panel) and in the guest bath. He reviewed the price with me, which I accepted. He then did the job and showed me that it had been done, I tested the switch and all is well. He also took the time to amend the name tag for the breaker switch to accurately describe it's TASKS, I paid the bill and he left. Once again I'm a happy customer with Trinity/E.Dennis!! GIL is a positive addition to your staff!

Joe was amazing & extremely knowledgeable. He explained everything that was wrong with my unit & the steps needed to get it back up and running. Overall great experience. I would definitely recommend requesting Joe for any service you need

We asked for an appointment last minute because of an upcoming surgery and Joseph Pace showed up on time, did the routine maintenance checks and was out in about an hour. Good customer service is sometimes hard to find. But today’s service was very much appreciated.

Jehran Norford- the tech that was assigned to our home, was fantastic. He was polite, respectful of our home, and communicated well. He took the time to explain our issue and what needed to be done to fix it. It was a pleasure having him service our heat system!

The contact center was a bit misleading. I called early to make an appt and they said I would hear from the dispatch team to set up a time. 3 hours later I hadn't heard anything so I called back and they said that they were working on calling me about a time and that once that was set up, I would also hear from the tech when he was 30-45 mins away. Jerhan called approx 20 mins later to say he was 15 mins away. So I was mislead on the appt set up, however that is not Jehran's fault at all. He was great!

The entire Trinity Air team was great from when Nathan came out to determine the scope and do the estimate and Chris, Markell and Tony arrived to do the installation. Everyone was very knowledgable, professional and customer focused. I would recommend Trinity to anyone.

Gil is absolutely wonderful, had to go behind their previous staff/company for a receptacle that fried/melted, he is a huge credit to Trinity, very nice personality and interested in making sure the customer is happy with his work, definitely went the extra mile.

Jehran is excellent at his job. He is very knowledgeable about heating and air issues and has expertise in problem solving. He was punctual, friendly, and fixed our issue in a timely manner. We can’t thank him enough for an amazing experience and a warm house again!

Jermaine Johnson was very great with communication and very respectful. He explained every step and made sure I understood what he was talking about while explaining why he recommends what I would need to keep my system safe and last long. Customer service was excellent

Justin was so very thorough with his inspection and very helpful. He was so great that I might be getting a whole new unit just because of him and his kindness. I give Justin ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.
I will definitely recommend Trinity to anyone and hope that they get Justin. Trinity will be my new heat and air company from now on.
DO NOT EVER USE MAY HEATING AND AIR!! They are not nice or good at all!

Very knowledgeable, informed us the new $14.95 per month if we wanted instead of manual, merge with plumbing , electrical. Very nice, send him every time!! Brian Quick was out today to check something and we were just as impressed with him. Great team

Kenneth and helper were awesome. Wish I had them day one. Hipe I don't need you, but if so, please send them out anytime I have an issue. Let’s be clear. This is not a review for company. I think Trinity AIr is HORRIBLE. Took multiple trips and almost 2 weeks to get system right. Meanwhile, they had my money. Would never recommend this company to an enemy.

However, Kenneth and his helper got it right on first trip. Wish they were original installers.

We’ve had yearly service contracts with Trinity since our first system was installed ….probably 20 years ago. Always a great price and efficient service. We have an American Standard unit in one house and Trane in the other.

Jehran Norford did an excellant job servicing my three HVAC Units. He also quickly diagnosed and repaired a condensate leak in my attic HVAC unit. He was very professional, competent and friendly. He took the time to explain what caused the problem and how it could be corrected. I was very satisfied with the service we received.
