Jerson, Josh and Frank were very careful and efficient in their work. They removed each limb of our dead tree with total control. We enjoyed meeting them, as did our dog whom they kindly showered with affection before leaving. They were an inspiration to the 4-year old next door who went from window to window to watch each step of the process.

Met Nick of Boutte Tree at their Inman Park Festival booth, and I knew he represented a stand up company. a firm handshake and eye contact still goes a long way. Spot on. They came out to give us an estimate and scheduled our limb thinning. They did a great job on the limb cuts on our water oak. Mindful and safe. Friendly and timely. Would recommend highly.

We have been using Boutte Trees for several years now doing soil maintenance as we are trying to save a few large trees that were not well maintained before we purchased our house. Boutte has always been professional, courteous, and on time for each appointment. They have also been so helpful with questions we have from time to time about tree health. Our oaks and magnolia are thriving thanks to the soil treatments!

This is a very professional organization from top to bottom. From the arborist to scheduling to operations, all are excellent to work with. The operations team was excellent. They were respectful of our property. The team was courteous, personable, and professional. They worked extremely safely and efficiently. They completed the job in the time window provided. They left the property in an even better condition than they found it. I did not want to cut the tree down as it was over 100 years old. It was a sad day, but the tree was becoming a hazard. Boutte did a great job once we decided it had to come down. Excellent experience.

Benji, Josh, Frank and John showed up this morning exactly when we were advised they would. They did a great job positioning equipment and assessing hazards despite some challenges presented by nearby parking and infrastructure, and an intervening telecom line. Benji was very generous and helpful responding to our questions about obtaining some of the woody debris and wood chips, and took some time to help out our neighborhood with with its wood-chip needs. And of course they got the tree removed quickly and cleanly and safely, major tree limbs first, then the bole. These guys were courteous, professional, smart, and quite engaging to talk to. I'm sure we'll use them again.

I would not have chosen anyone else!
Sadly we needed to have a huge tree removed as a large tree-size branch had broken and fallen and two other had some decaying at the connections to the main tree. We had it assessed by Boutte first and then had them remove a few months later.
It was one of the tallest trees in our city, near power lines and close to a few houses.
There was no other company I would trust for such a big job and around power lines.
They handled street closing, power company, permits and coordinated to get the entire thing done start to finish in one day. Safely.
Now our neighbors and our yard is much brighter and we can sleep soundly during those GA thunderstorms. Thanks Boutte tree!

Had a tree removed from our backyard that was hanging over our home. It was a potential danger to us during storms. Used Boutte Tree to remove. They did a great job and removed very quickly and efficiently with no damage done to our home or back deck. Hudson, Alex, Ludwin, and Eric from Norcross were a great crew!

I recommend using Boutte Tree. I recently had a tree fall on my house and deck during a storm. It didn't do a lot damage to my house; but, where it landed made removal pretty complex. Pearce from Boutee came by my house within a few days reaching out and make a plan. They ended up having to use a crane to reach it and remove the tree from. They were professional, personable and not as expensive as it could have been.

Excellent job. Very professional company. I’ve used other tree services, and they left my yard a wreck. Torn-up grass, debris everywhere. Not so with Boutte. They removed the large limbs from my trees, and I couldn’t even tell they had been there. Highly recommend.

Heard about Boutte on NPR, and gave them a try for trimming a large magnolia in our front yard that was a bit overgrown and causing some problems. The arborist (John) who quoted the work and the team who performed the work were all friendly, efficient, cleaned up everything afterward, not to mention did a very nice job on the work needed. They were very helpful in understanding not only what would make the house stand out after being hidden for years, but also what was good for our property and the tree - thank you!!

Boutte was great from start to finish. They communicated well, were timely with each of their visits to both assess and prune the tree. They cleaned up the area afterwards and made sure I was happy before leaving the job site. Highly recommend!

This is the second time we have used Boutte and both times, I’ve been impressed with the professionalism, timing and clean-up.
The office confirmed on Friday for our Monday appt. The team was out here by 8 am. Carlos, Marco and Ricardo of Boutte Norcross were fantastic to work with - made the whole morning seamless. 4 trees taken down and mulched up. My son was so impressed, he pulled up a chair to watch.

Both the Arborist and tree cutting team from Boutte Tree were very professional and friendly. Our job required several large water oak limbs to be removed directly over our roof, but Boutte Tree handled the highly technical job with apparent ease and skill. We're happy to continue tree treatment services with them as well in order to insure the continued health of our old trees.

The best end-result and service I have ever received from a tree care service. Worth every penny, as this was a particularly difficult job with the tree being just 7 feet away from the house and right next to a walkway and railing. Not a scratch, and done surprisingly quickly. No marks in the yard too and the heavy crane was dri en on the lawn. Care was taken to not put pressure on the gas and water mains. Thorough clean up too.
