Joe and his crew did an excellent job cleaning the carpets in our family room, stairwell, and walkways in our house. They arrived on time and just knocked it out with 1-2 hours, all while my family was working in the home. The carpet, while old, looks far better than I could have hoped. We even had a chance to talk while they were finishing up and Joe has some very interesting life experiences worth hearing. Great conversation!

2 weeks later after receiving carpet cleaning, there was STAIN issues, so I contacted the company to resolve the issue and he told me that his work warranty is only 2 days and he can't honor the warranty unless he charges the same price all over again. This house is a vacant rental property and I couldn't visit the house right away to see his work but the company was highly rate on google and Nextdoor reviews so I trusted the company and gave a job. But I guess I was WRONG. The carpet area is only one stairway (2 story townhome) and I paid $125 for cleaning the STAIRWAY only because he told me that's his minimum charge. I can't believe I just wasted $125 and the carpet condition is now worse that before with all rise up stain issues!!!

He saved our couch! 🙏🏻🥰 thank you Joe! Joe was right on time and a pleasure to talk to. He cleaned the couch thoroughly and efficiently for a really good price. I had given up on the couch until a friend recommended Alpha Omega to me. Thanks again - Joe will be my first call for future upholstery cleans.

BIG mistake hiring this company. Please don’t make the same mistake I did.
Horrible cleaning people who don’t show up or don’t clean at all. The owner is full of excuses and finger pointing. The worst customer service I’ve ever had! If your company isn’t a sports arena they don’t really care about it. Very unfortunate. LOOK ELSEWHERE TRUST ME!

I oversee the performance of all the vendors that service our soon to be 16 locations in metro-Atlanta. Level Seven arrived highly recommended...we talked for 3 months prior to the actual work...the scheduling was flawless and information was always a text or a phone call away. We are completing the church kitchen renovation as I type this. The personalities of the cleaning crew are smiling and helpful...a little extra here, a small re-touch there, "no problem"!
