We had a major catastrophe! A tree limb fell in the storm and ripped the stand pipe from the roof of our outbuilding/office. The power was still on and there was danger of all kinds of bad things happening.

We phoned several electricians some of who came-at their convenience with no regard for the appointment- and with outrageous estimates and then of course some who never returned the call.

Mr. Hewett was here 5 minutes before the appointment and offered a reasonable/believable estimate. We agreed to the work and he showed up exactly as promised. The work was well done, the danger averted, and the building inspector approved the job.
