Can’t thank you enough for all your assistance. Met with Byron and he was so polite and helpful with his answers to all our questions. On 2nd day crew showed up and went to work as a great team. Cody was so amiable with our requests. They finished later that day and cleaned up before they left. On 3rd day the chipper came in the morning to finish the job. A great experience as well as insurance against any storm damage. Highly recommended.

I couldn’t be happier with Serious Tree Services! They came out quickly with a very competitive quote and were able to get me scheduled the very next day. The team is fully insured and licensed, which gave me great peace of mind. They answered all my questions thoroughly and then went to work on two massive trees that seemed impossible to take down in the yard. Very professional service of a high risk specimen tree that had reached the end of its lifespan. Rapid delivery within a very tight space between structures. Clean up was fast and efficient at an affordable price. Byron was very informative and explained all details of the process. I would use them again. A permit from the city of Powder Springs was obtained prior to all work.

This is a great company! They were quick to respond to my request for a quote. Able to get me scheduled in less than a week and took great care not to mess up my yard, I highly recommend this company for tree removal or stump grinding.

Best price. Professional. Fast. These guys know what they’re doing. Had some tight spaces and obstacles, which they avoided safely and without making a mess. 5 massive trees and they were available quickly and knocked the job out much faster than expected. Project Manager was professional, responsive, and flexible.

Wow! Byron and his team did a fantastic job at our house. We got a quote on Monday, and they showed up early Wednesday morning with all the necessary equipment. They took down 8 trees, trimmed several others, and ground out the stumps. Best of all, the yard was cleaner after they left than when they got there! I contacted Serious Tree service and Byron came out and had the 5 trees felled the next day! They also grinded the stumps. Everything was cleaned and leveled by the time I got home from work. Oh, I have an in-ground sprinkler system. They laid down plywood to protect my yard. Excellent job!!!

This grand old tree stood by our house for 25 years. Last couple of those years, it’s been dropping limbs. Big ones. This had to be done.

I started the process last year looking for a company to Top our tree. Topping is when they do just that. Not take the whole tree. Saves the tree. At least for a while. In our case, maybe three years. At which point, Serious Tree Services will be out to finish the job, and I’ll have firewood to split.

I contacted multiple companies to Top it. Serious Tree Services was the best price by far.

I intended to Top it last year, but a huge piece of the tree fell last year. I thought the worst was over. It was till another limb came down last week.

I didn’t even bother looking further that Serious Tree Services.

I called and spoke with Tomas Salvador. He came out and quoted me the same price as last year. That’s saying a lot in the Biden Economy.

They came out today and did the job quickly and efficiently.

Luis showed up for an estimate last Monday (2-16), gave a great price, and came on Wednesday (2-18) to complete the work. I had 14 large trees, half of which were very near my house. He brought out 2 crews to do the work. They started about 8 am and were finished by about 2 pm. The boom truck helped immensely in their job to keep large trunks and limbs away from the house. They were very careful with other trees and vegetation nearby, were cleaned up and loaded all tree refuse to take with them! I would recommend them to anyone!! Great job!!

Serious Tree Service is the name of the company but Mr Luis and his team are Bonafide Professionals.
They were so efficient that I didn't even have to use the ear plugs that I had purchased when my neighbors across the street were having some of their trees removed.

Seeing that many of my neighbors were requesting Tree Removal Service, my interest increased when my backyard neighbor was doing the same.

Mr Luis was managing that project, so I asked him if he'd take a look at a few of my trees.
Luis had already identified a dying tree in my yard and was going to mention it to me as being a potential hazard.
We walked the property and he survived the landscape to make suggestions.
I was Really impressed with Mr Luis's Professionalism.
He told me about his team, the equipment that would be used and every other aspect of the job.
He even called a few times to confirm the time and date and how long the project would take.
On Tree Day I was Totally Satisfied with how the project was managed.

I have the Doctor, the Auto Mechanic and now I have the Go To TREE PROFESSIONALS.

My family highly recommends Serious Tree Services. The Owner's son came out and gave me a quote, he was top notch and very professional. Two days later the Owner and his crew came out and removed over 10+ trees. His crew was awesome, professional and great workers. They all had a strong bond, family type bond. After the job was completed they cleaned up as if they were never there. Again, I highly recommend as they are the best in town. I planned on using them again and have already passed their information to family.

Used Serious last month to remove a large worrisome tree. Luis was a great communicator and a pleasure to work with. They arrived early and finished by lunch. When they were done, my yard looked cleaner than it did before they got here! The price was great. I got several estimates and one of them was $6K over what Luis charged! Considering what a fantastic job Luis and his crew did, why would choose anyone else in the future? I will definitely use them again.

Serious Tree Services did a fantastic job on my overgrown Ligustrum hedge and trimming the Crape Myrtles. I called them, told them what I needed. I sent pictures of the hedge and trees and was able to get a reasonable quote over the phone. They worked quickly and cleaned up all the trimmings. I will call them again for future landscaping work. Highly recommend for fast and efficient tree and hedge pruning.
