Technicians spent most of the day installing the outdoor air handler and attic heat pump along with a new thermostat. The latter immediately malfunctioned ( after theyd left.) I called to complain and they said they'd take care of it. I was expecting a next day fix and one more night of sweltering temperatures, not desirable due the cost but hey, things happen. We were surprised when a follow-up technician
appeared that evening, inspected the work and spent 3+ hrs fixing it. He had another job in Augusta the next day that he'd have to rise at 3 am to do. That's SERVICE ABOVE AND BEYOND...I've never felt better
about a purchase, knowing that kind of service is available. -

February 24th had a new Daikin HVAC installed. Mr. Armato was on time to view the site. Went over the existing system and made a couple duct upgrades. Then he went over everything in the quote.
The installers were on time, neat, polite, professional, and fast. It took about 4 hours to remove the old and install the new.
Will do another review after it gets hot and see how the AC performs.

From start to end we had a very positive experience working with Armato Heating and Air.
Anthony Armato, the owner, responded quickly with a better offer than those received from several other vendors.
Brent Weiss, the Solution Expert, was very informative and clear.
The installation crew, lead by Victor, was friendly and professional.
