Stump removal for 2 pine trees that where previously cut down. Took them less than an hour. Pleased with their work.

Was looking for "Bradley Tree Service" in Cleveland/Charleston TN. B Jones is running a Google ad that SAYS "Bradley Tree Service, Cleveland TN", and when I called the number and asked, "Is this Bradley Tree Service?", B Jones Tree Services said "Yes, it is."
What a dirty attempt at reputation leaching to steal business.

His group are very good tree cutters and they know what there doing our home looks different now.great jobs guys...

Fast response, excellent work completed, great price.

Workers showed up early, and the estimate matched the final bill. They explained what to do with mulch leftover from stumps (nothing!). Had it not been for them explaining that I could have ended up with sinkholes in my yard.

They came in and cut down a few trees. They did a great job. We had them come back to cut down a few more trees, hall away some lumber, brush, and level the dirt. They did a great job.

Had a wall put up on my driveway. The work was bad. A group of preschoolers could have done a better job. The attitudes of the workers was the worst I have ever dealt with. I asked a question about his pricing on a short pillar he was putting up. He told me he (Anthony Woods) who represents B Jones, that he would take it down if I didn't like the price. Yes, he was ready to knock it down. He said he would take all leftover materials to my backyard and just ignored me when I asked. It is a horrible wall and a worse attitude. The tree he took down was thrown over my fence and one big branch was pushing through the fence. Again, when I question when he would fix it as he said he would, again, got ignored. I have many many pictures of the awful work he did.
DO NOT USE B JONES TREE SERVICE. Don't say I didn't warn you.

I have been a customer for several years. they are very professional,honest and do excellent work. Thank you for taking down the 50 ft plus sweetgum--- I highly recommend them for your tree and stump removal. GREAT JOB GUYS !!!!!!!!

We had them out to remove 4 small crepe myrtle trees and grind out the stumps and roots that were above ground. They charged $650.00, but failed to remove the roots. We called and asked them if they had an auger to drill holes for tree planting, they said yes, so we had them come back to drill 4 holes and grind out the remaining above ground roots. They showed up with no auger, dug the holes by hand, small and shallow, argued with my husband about how deep they should be until my husband gave up and told them to just go. They charged $450.00 for that lazy mess. NEVER AGAIN! Don't use this company!

We recently purchased a home that has a backyard that had been neglected for many years. There were several old stumps, no grass, large tress that were at risk of falling on the house and some beautiful Magnolias in the front that needed a little TLC. We used B Jones Tree Service to remove all of the trees that were dangerous as well as taking out a few smaller tress to allow the remaining tree groupings better growth opportunity. Brad and Joe were very professional, they took the time to explain why certain trees were at risk and the benefit of removing some of the smaller trees and pruning several other tress on the property. They arrived when they said they would and completed the job within a few days. They worked in some pretty cold temps as we had an impending snow/ice storm predicted for the area. I felt the cost was reasonable, especially for the size trees they were taking down. We have already discussed a plan to bring the back yard area "back to life", add grass and how to make the most of the natural landscaping that is already there so we can enjoy the beautiful views from our back yard. I would definetly use them again (and plan to do so).

Brad and his crew are very reliable and do an excellent job. Have used them three times and would not hesitate to call them again.

Brad was prompt and efficient. We had a tree that was about to fall on our house, and Brad immediately went to the site, assessed the situation, and handled it that evening. He was great to work with.

We highly recommend Brad. He was on time, his price was very reasonable, and they did a great job removing the debris. Will definitely use Brad for future jobs.

We have used B Jones multiple times. After many failed attempts from other companies, he and his crew were the only ones that fully delivered! Excellent work and pricing. They show up when they say they will. I would highly recommend using them! Very dependable.

Brad Jones tree service did a great job for me. He did what he said he would do for a fair price. The clean up was outstanding.

Called them yesterday got a quote and they showed up today 5/31/24 and took care of business. very quick and professional at a great price and very nice people to boot. I highly recommend them.

B Jones gave us the lowest bid on major tree removal after tornado damage. These guys were on time, an entire crew worked from sunup to sundown cleaning our property. We hired them to return and help clean up property line and stump removal for new fencing. They left our property clean, swept the sidewalk and road in front of drive etc. Professional and just nice guys. I give them my highest recommendation.

A couple of men were getting ready to work on a house behind mine. I saw that they had the coolest piece of equipment that I knew would do the job I needed done. I just walked up to them and they took my cell number. After they finished the job they were on, they called me. They took care of what I needed perfectly and they were friendly and professional. I would recommend them to a friend anytime.

What a great bunch of guys! They cut all my trees that I needed cut hauled everything off and grinder the stumps as well. They came when B Jones said he would come and done a fantastic job. Very professional good quality and his prices are very competitive if not the best in town. Good job guys!
