Air Comfort initially installed my heat pump in 2008. I would not consider any other HVAC company to service or maintain my unit. The office staff is great. The techs that come out are professional, knowledgeable and will gladly answer any questions. Good people you can trust.

We sought 4 estimates from local HVAC businesses with good online reviews and TVA contractor approval before deciding on Air Comfort. . What sold us was Sam's obvious expertise and his willingness to take the time to listen to our concerns and diligence in meeting our needs. He took the time to carefully inspect the air handler space upstairs, the outside location, and the drain site in the crawlspace and to make sound installation recommendations to improve upon the previous installation without charging any more than the other contractors
(one of whom made the same suggestions but at an increased cost).

A crew of 3 arrived on time on installation day. Miguel and his coworkers were very courteous and professional. They also made sure to leave the area clean and in order.

While we are new to Air Comfort we have confidence that they will serve us well in the future.

Excellent company, however one of the tech gave me incorrect info and charged me for something I did not need and therefore did not correct the initial problem. Another tech was sent out and correctly resolved the issue however I still had to pay for the service. I felt the problem should have been corrected free of charge as it was the initial technician that did not diagnose the problem correctly from the start. Overall I've used this company several times in the past and this is the first instance I've had an issue with them. Thanks.

After my latest experience with air comfort explained in my previous post, a representative of air comfort reached out to me a few days later to correct the issue. Just the fact that they reached out to me was satisfaction enough but not only did they reach out to me they also sent a check to financially satisfy my hardship. I stated in my earlier post they were an excellent company, this is just further proof that this company comes highly recommended and goes above and beyond with awesome customer service. Thank you Air Comfort Team. Truly the best!

We purchased new heat pumps in August 2024 & when it got really cold in December & January, we were unaware, but one of the units was faulty. The "auxiliary heat" was on & it stayed on, even when it warmed up. Once we got our electric bills & saw the numbers, we contacted Air Comfort to come see what the issue was. Not only did they repair the unit issue, but they paid us the difference between last year's bills & this year's bills. Our technician spent a lot of time here figuring out the problem & fixing it right. Then to be reimbursed for the higher bills caused by the issue, was Air Comfort doing whatever they needed to do to have a happy customer. And WE ARE. These folks are our "go-to" for our heating & air needs. We can't say enough good things about them.

This company was great. Customer service was awesome. From the first initial visit which was an estimate., to completed installation. If you need a new unit I definitely would recommend Air Comfort. Nicest most courteous group of guys from beginning to end.

I have always been very pleased with any and all dealings with Air Comfort. AJ let me know he was on his way to service my unit and what time he would arrive. He did his work effectively and efficiently. He was very courteous and professional. I shared with him that I had recommended Air Comfort to two of my friends this week. I am thankful that I bought my wonderful unit from them.

Edit: I want to take a moment to edit my original post, I have now had Air comfort come out to my home 3 separate times (not their fault at all defective Nest Thermostat’s fault that we purchased on our own and wanted to keep until we realized the damage it continued to cause to our system) Each of the times, Robby has come out and I can not say enough great things about Robby or even the ladies in the office. They are all phenomenal people. They really go out of their way to take care of you.

Robby is super friendly, knowledgeable and very attentive. If he tells you he will do something you better believe he is going to over deliver every time.

He is very respectful of your time, if he tells you a time it’s on the dime. He takes great pride in his work he isn’t going to just do the job take your money and leave he’s going to follow up with you and make sure everything is still working to your satisfaction.

Systems are not fault proof that’s why we have warranties, Robby is a great investment his work is unrivaled. Air comfort will be the only HVAC company I will turn to for my HVAC needs and the only company I can recommend with full confidence that you will be happy with your full experience.

I wish i could name the ladies in the office as well as the after hours lady that answers the phone, just know when you call they will be attentive to your needs and take the absolute best care of you. They know what you are going through and they will make sure you feel like you are in the absolute best hands and they will follow through on ensuring that.

I came back to edit my review because I gave them a simple but true review in the beginning but after all they have done I truly believed they deserve so much more.

Prompt, courtesy, professional service when replacing my Nest thermostat to a Honeywell.

I have done business with Air Comfort for years and I have always been pleased with the service. When I call they get someone out very quick to look at the issue. The receptionist that called me back to arrange a time was helpful and so polite. Yesterday, they sent Eric, he was very professional and helpful to explain everything that he did to me. In the past I have worked with Jason and he is always helpful too!

We have used Air Comfort for an install last year which turned out to be difficult, requiring installing new ductwork. They went above and beyond to do whatever it took to accomplish the job! We now call them for all our routine maintenance checkups for both our units. The folks are always on time and very polite, finishing the work as promised. I highly recommend Air Comfort!

We called the when we came home from vacation and realized our air was not working. They came the same day and got everything fixed. Very nice and efficient. We definitely recommend them.

Air Comfort installed my 3 ton Carrier unit in 2021 and recently performed routine maintenance. The service tech, Eric, was very friendly and clearly knows his way around a condenser, but I fault Air Comfort for not providing better training--or for giving techs inaccurate information, perhaps. I was told a new capacitor was needed as mine was wearing out. Eric told me my warranty would cover it, and that without warranty, I'd be looking at a cost of around $146. What? I said nothing, but I knew that capacitors cost far less (saw later that the one for this unit is $31 online) and also wondered how 45 seconds' worth of snapping the capacitor in warranted a $60 labor charge (which, if true, makes me see I missed my vocation!). A quick check of my warranty, however, showed me that no parts beyond the compressor are covered after one year.
(I know something about non-covered parts, having spent $1000 on new coils when unit was 2 years old.) My invoice says "Replace capacitor with parts warranty," though, which is clearly misleading, and makes me understand why Eric's answer to my questions was a repeated "I haven't got a clue." I do not fault Eric. Again, he was friendly and competent. Air Comfort needs to provide him with better and more complete knowledge, is all. I will continue to do business with Air Comfort and, to finish on a positive note, am very happy with the performance of the Carrier unit. Thanks.

I hired Air Comfort to install heat and air in our new house that I contracted myself. I couldn't be more pleased with the work they did. From start to finish, they were courteous, neat, professional and the system works perfectly. I am glad to refer them to anyone needing heat and air services.

Their staff is knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant to deal with in resolving the problem. We will always use them.

Air Comfort has been my go to service provider for many years since I purchased a unit from them years back. They have been the most reliable company to service me quickly and efficiently. The technicians have always been friendly and courteous asking all the right questions to get to the root cause of my issue. Most repairs are completed that day, except in my case (I had to have parts ordered) but they received them quickly and was back out the next day to complete the work. They are definitely the company I will continue to call for all my needs in the future. 5 stars!!!

They got me scheduled for the next day. The tech was very knowledgeable and found my problem right away and had the part with him to repair the unit.

Th technicians were knowledgeable and friendly and the company did everything they could to make sure I had a positive experience. I will be using them again in the future.
