Downright Plumbing is one of the few companies left that does an honest job in a timely manner without trying to rip you off. They will be our go-to plumbers as long as we live in their service area. Got a call from my wife in the middle of the workday—water was seriously dripping from our living room ceiling. I immediately left the office and headed home. While driving, I called DownRight. I was home in 15 minutes, barely beating Chris from DownRight to my own house!

He got right to work and didn’t leave until the problem was fully identified and fixed. They weren’t in a hurry, didn’t act rushed, and kept us informed the entire time. Unlike the previous homeowners, who put a bandaid on the problem, DownRight addressed the root issue, not just the symptom.

Chris and the DownRight team took great care of us, and I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again for any plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

The service guy was very professional & knowledgeable of the job. Looked at it & knew exactly what I needed to fix my problem. Had it completely finished within a couple hours. Cleaned up and gone!
