Came the same morning I called. Very prompt. Professional. Technician was courteous, honest and took care of the situation quickly. I feel like the cost was actually a little less than I expected which was great. Overall very pleased with the service.
Logan Young came out quickly and fixed our backed up septic system for us this evening. Did a great job and gave us great information on keeping it from happening more in the future. Very professional and reasonable to work with.
Great service but very overpriced. I will use them again if I have to, but I have already found someone I will be calling next time. They did do a great job and solved my issue. But they were only here 25 min, and charged 225 dollars. I understand having a minimum charge, but you have to be responsible. 225 bucks for 25 min is well over 400 an hour. That is more than some Drs make. Anyway, again very good, but also very overpriced.
Would never use this company again. Was charged $1,578 for a part that cost $7.50 and labor that took approximately 15 minutes. The service guy, turned off our water and left. Had to chase him down in the parking lot to get him to come back inside. We were basically held hostage because if he didn't complete the job, my business would not be able to open. He worked for 15 minutes and charged this outrageous price. The invoice for the work has no details about the breakdown of the cost. Parts and labor are not detailed. This is definitely a scam and this company will never work for us again.
These guys came out and jetted my clogged up outdoor drainage pipe. They gave me all the options and information necessary to make an informed decision, and then successfully performed the task I needed accomplished. They were friendly, nice, knowledgeable and did a great job. I highly recommend!
Great call. Wish I would have called them first!!!!! The "other company" did not resolve my problem and i paid more than I did Roto Rooter. Thank you for your prompt and effective service. I highly recommend! 5 stars A+!
