Great people they always makes things right the first time the owner Daniel, SILVERS LLC the manager KERRY THE maintenance guys Travis, & Scott are super nice and very accommodating top notch 2nd to none service on all there units. Their units are first class! love living in one of their unit going on 3 years we are very happy where we are the good thing about this establishment they make sure all your needs are met very reasonable people they also understand things doesn't go their way sometimes!! all you have to do living in one of their unit is follow your lease!! Is not that hard! after all you are living in a good neighborhood in one of their first class unit nice appliances granite countertops up to date apartments and town homes. I highly recommend this place. You also have an assigned parking living in one their unit which is a big deal for me cause my husband is dissabillity .just talk to Ms. Kerry she is super nice! Also accomodating she understand a lot of things

Had to report a driver who was driving very reckless. Spoke to a guy on the phone. Very kind, very apologetic, and he said he would take care of it right then. I appreciated the concern in his voice.

Started out with T.J. then never would return our calls or show up. The secretary didn't seem too bothered when we explained this. Fired them. Don't use them. They are not dependable.

Teach your drivers to use Turn signals. Was behind the driver of the s1 truck For over fifteen minutes not one time did he signal. Even when he tried to cut me off no signal.

I had one of the worst and most frightening road experiences today thanks to the driver of the S-1 truck. Their recklessness was beyond anything I would consider normal bad driving — it was outright dangerous.
While I was driving in my lane at a steady speed, the S-1 truck abruptly swerved toward me with zero warning. No signal, no clear reason, nothing. They pushed into my lane so aggressively that I was forced toward the shoulder just to avoid being hit by the driver of the S-1 truck. For a moment, it genuinely felt like I was going to be run off the road.
The driver of the S-1 truck showed absolutely no regard for anyone else’s safety. Their lane control was erratic, their speed unpredictable, and their awareness practically nonexistent. It’s hard to tell whether they were distracted, impatient, or simply didn’t care — but whatever the reason, their driving created a truly hazardous situation.
If this is how they normally operate the S-1 truck, it’s only a matter of time before someone gets seriously hurt. Drivers like this turn the road into a gamble for everyone around them.
I hope whoever’s responsible for driving that S-1 truck takes a long, serious look at how they’re driving, because what I experienced today was unacceptable and genuinely dangerous.
