Great work we had to have our faucet in our guest bathroom redone and the service was excellent and the technician was fast and friendly and gave us a great deal and I highly recommend them if you need any plumbing needs give them a call

Everett’s Plumbing is owned and operated by an actual master plumber and not just a salesman looking to sell something that you don’t need. He was professional, personable, knowledgeable, and willing to spend time discussing the work performed. He also made suggestions for future needs should they arise. His labor rates were nearly half what others were quoting yet his qualilty was not compromised. Give this Northwest Georgia business owner a call. You won’t regret it.

Everett’s Plumbing repaired my broken water line quickly and did a great job. First time using this company, but certainly won’t be the last. Highly recommend if you have any plumbing issues that need repair or replacement.

The call was to fix a leak under the sink and replace the garbage disposal. Charged me $220 for a new garbage disposal that is listed for $160 (max) online. He spends the first 1.5-2hrs replacing the garbage disposal, then the water lines, vent, whatever charges me for 2.5 hrs of labor and I still have a leak that he tells me he can’t do anything about. I am very disappointed in the fact that the main issue… water leak… was not fixed and at the very end he said, “I’ve done my job correctly. There’s nothing more I can do without a new faucet.” I feel like I severely overpaid and the problem still persists. This should have been the first thing to have been fixed and not waited until the very ended after being charged 2.5 hours of labor.

Mr. Everett did a fantastic job installing our new dishwasher, fixing our garbage disposal, identifying a problem with our faucet and installing a new one. He was prompt and reliable. He came when he said he would come, and he followed through. He was honest and his prices were fair and reasonable. 10/10 recommend!

We had a leak that needed to be fixed immediately because my wife is expecting to have a baby and it was a job that required special tools and parts. She called Everett's plumbing and he had just finished a hard day's work and was about to rest. Fortunately, he had compassion when he heard our situation and suited back up for work. He came out and did impressive work. Blessed to have Christian workers out there who go beyond their calling to help others in need.

I recently hired Everett to install a water filtration system in our new home. Everett was very courteous, prompt, and clearly communicated about any parts needed and options. We were remodeling our bathroom. 1970's Blue. Everett's plumbing came in and installed a cast iron tub us. (Yes, you can still get/buy those). Very skilled plumber. Very fair and reasonable pricing for this installation. The tub weight is around 350+ pounds. He can do it all. Give him a call.

Downright Plumbing is one of the few companies left that does an honest job in a timely manner without trying to rip you off. They will be our go-to plumbers as long as we live in their service area. I have never had a bad experience with these people. They're always on time or early & let me know what has to be done. I will always call them for my water issues.

I have never spoken to a business owner/plumber that was more shady and dishonest than Chris.
I own a property management company and they went to a home that they discovered immediately was on septic which meant they could not fix the plumbing issue and told us to have it pumped by another company.

We paid another company to come out and do that work and I assumed we would be charged a simple trip fee.

Well we received a bill for $1000 and they said they had two plumbers go out for 4 HOURS working on who knows what because they knew it could not be fixed until the septic was pumped.

When I called the owner to have a conversation about why there was a clear over charge he cut me off and started threatening to sue our property owners if we didn’t pay what they billed for.

He then told me I had “once chance to give him a number that we would pay or else he would get attorneys involved”

Keep in mind this is over $1,000.

He then contacted the out of state owners telling them I was about to get them sued.

So I went ahead and paid his ransom for work that was not performed just to make this go away but I would be doing our community a disservice if I did not let everyone know.

Funny enough I spoke to several other business owners in our industry and they all had similar things to say.

Had someone reported their experience it would have saved us an expensive lesson.

I’ve used DRP professionally at all the hotels I’ve been at, and not only are they efficient and get the job done, they’re willing to teach me as I go. So in the future I’ll be able to do the job without calling them. Because of that, i recommend them all the time!
