I was very nervous calling a plumber and am thankful I found Mike and his team, I highly recommend them. Mike was very patient with me. He and his team are very professional, quick and reasonably priced.

Showed up in a timely manner. The job took almost two hours. Materials cost approximately $100. Was charge $1400. If my calculations are correct I was charged $650 per hour for labor. If that is not price gouging idk what is. I was also told my water pressure would not go down and there is a difference.

Called yesterday because I had an amateur try to take the tub spout off and twisted the copper pipe off inside the wall. Mike Stone tried to get someone out the same day but they were tied up and that’s ok. One of his guys came first thing in the morning and fixed it rather quickly even after cutting into the sheet rock. He left the bathroom clean as if he was never there. I highly recommend Stone and Sons Plumbing for any plumbing needs! Thank you guys!

I just have so many positive things to say about this place and staff. So I am going to do it this way, Everyone who is a staff makes you feel like family, I have came to this location multiple times of the day and evening sometimes at night, I get the same treatment every time, professionalism.

Never use them. They didn’t show on time even though they scheduled with me. Also, they couldn't fix it, but they took a service fee!!!
I called another contractor and they came and fixed it in 2hrs!!

Would recommend NEVER using Top Notch. Poor customer service, shoddy construction, broken appliances delivered, and didn't come out to finish the work. I had to pay additional money for a professional contractor to come out and properly fix all the remaining items. They had improper plumbing installed with water leaks, mold growth where they had not remediated correctly, cabinets improperly installed, etc. Do yourself a favor and hire a professional contractor that will actually do the job correctly and not disappear with your money!

They give you an 8a to 5p window so you wait all day, they take your money without performing the service and they do not answer the phone or messages. Then if you question anything the owner calls, won't let you talk and calls you a liar. I've never felt so completely disrespected and threatened by a company as I do this one. And after going through all of this they did not even complete the job. The repairmen were great and its a waste of their experience having to work for a company like this.

I would give 0 stars. They charged us 1400 dollars and didn't do half of the work. Trying to get our 700 back or for them to come out and deliver on what we paid for. Its been over a week now and they haven't came out. We called several times to speak with manager but no reply. At this point, I have no choice but to contact my attorney to get this matter resolved. The sad part now a days is that people only want your money and give you bad and incomplete service. This is a simple fix, give us our money back that you overcharged us or deliver on your services you promised. Again, bad customer service, rip offs. I will be reporting them to the BBB.

The owner is unprofessional and disrespectful he threatened me by telling me if I keep on complaining they'll come out whenever they feel like it basically it's nothing I can do about it,that was after they received my money of course. They just installed a brand new a/c unit and in less than 2 weeks I was having a problem with the unit.They took their sweet ole time to come fix it.I had an appointment with them and they never showed up didn't even bother to call me to let me know that they wasn't coming. I took off work that day. They are always late and they don't answer the phone. Worst Company Ever!

This contractor was selected for HVAC repair through my home warranty. Top Notch came out 4-5 times and never made any progress on the actual AC error despite saying the problem was fixed many times. Was told we had an evap coil replacement covered under warranty. Coil was never actually replaced.

Additionally, contractor repeatedly showed up at 7pm to start a job that required a lot of time. This is extremely unprofessional after saying they would arrive between 9-12. If they tell you "first thing in the morning", you should plan on late afternoon and still not have your repair completed.

Do not use under any circumstance. I will be taking this forward with the BBB and my insurance company.

They do not return calls as promised! Tech Tre didn't want to do the work on AC unit because the original appliances were in the house and just went out. He said it would take too long ! How inconsiderate when I allowed them to reschedule because they had a death in their family!! Dead wrong! I would not recommend them for nothing! It took them 2 days to respond to me and they still didn't send the information to my Warranty company. It's 100degrees and my children and fur babies suffering because Top notch is bottom notch service!! AC is down but can't get another provider because they haven't done their part!
