The staff is usually more than helpful but the old guy in the gardening section acted like I was bothering him asking for help at his job

There are good deals to be seen in the Garden Center for the DYI's. Home Depot is my first stop for home improvement projects.

Helpful staff. Long lines in garden. DIY seminars are entertaining but could be more "expert" based. Self scan moves quickly. Lots of parking.

Most Home Depot Customer Service personnel don;t know anything about their job. I called to ask if Home Depot carried peach tree seedlings. agent did not have the foggiest idea what I was talking about. I said instead of the peach tree seed, did they have a small peach tree that I could plant instead of the seed...And she instead she did not know...So I just said thanks and hung up...

This is an odd chain store. The service is poor but not every time, the garden center is poorly stocked and the plants poorly maintained but not all of the time. Nobody knows anything about anything but not all of the time. My advise - do not go here if stressed, the top of your head will explode.

I didn't know exactly what I needed to replace my grass in my yard.. But Clint was very helpful. He told me the different types of grass seeds and he helped me picked the easiest grass feeder and seeds. Im very grateful and happy he made the process very easy.

IF you find someone to help you they know NOTHING about the items in the department they are assigned to. I usually end up getting help from another custome or contractor that just so happens to be there while I am. The home depo needs to do better & hire people with a clue/ecperience . At least train them in the departments they place them.

Always clean and organized. Staff is very helpful.

I gave it 4 stars only because the cashier looked like she didn't want to be there and with it being the Christmas holiday, I'm sure she didn't...

Highly recommended Landscaping company Springfield.
The crew was quick, precise, polite and professional.
The owner was cheerful, knowledgeable, and informative.
The owner did a followed up when the job was complete. I also had them roto-till the yard, mix in soil condition and grade the lot in preparation for me to put down grass Seed.
They just did a fantastic job.
