They are great and come at the time they are scheduled. Sends a picture of who's coming to my house. He has always been very nice everytime he has came. I felt price was fair. I know my unit is ready for winter they will come back and check unit in spring. At my age this gives me a piece of mind. I have referred them to friends. One got a new unit and one for just a check up. Both were very pleased with service.

They told us when they would be at our home and how long it would take. They were true to their word. Very professional and great service! Other companies had so many delays, but I am so happy I found this company. Great job!!! I'm definitely a satisfied customer!!!

Very happy with the services rendered by aire serve. They updated my warranty, managed to find a solution for the neccessary part being on backorder and managed to get it covered by said warranty and charged me an honest price for the work done. I'm very happy to have cold air again!

Johnathan was very knowledgeable and professional. He was upfront and clear on the problem with our air unit. Eddie came out and was very knowledgeable as well in the air products and system. They were both very nice , professional and very helpful on info for a new unit. This company is very responsive when needed as well. Our air went on the blink and they came out very quickly to help us. I recommend them highly.

Fan on heat pump was not turning. Air was blowing into house, but gradually was getting cooler. Air Serv technician was prompt & efficient. Seemed to know immediately what the problem was and had it repaied quickly. We were very thankful since the high today was around 40 degrees and is expected to be in the 20's tonight! Thanks Air Serv!

Troy got the air back on! The tenants of our rental house woke up this morning to a hot house. Called AireServ and they made a same day appointment. Troy called and asked if he could come earlier. yes, please!! He got the unit fixed and was super polite. Sent me the invoice to pay the bill, very convenient.

They were very nice and got my Heating unit repaired promptly. Joe came out the afternoon I called . He found my problem and ordered the part . Joe came back the next morning and fixed my heater. Both Joe and the guy that helped him were very nice and friendly. Joe and the lady at office called me to let me know when he would be here. This is a great place to do business with. I just had my ductwork cleaned and sanitized and it has made such a difference! Troy snd Joe did a great job. Polite and professional as always.
It was really affordable too!

Pretty expensive price ($249) for an elderly customer on SSec, and unable to get out of a wheelchair, to just wash off the coils. I'm unable to do physical work at all, and when I received my a/c, no one told me to hose off the coil once a month.

The technicians are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and was able to take care of me in a timely manner. My appointment was scheduled quickly after contacting AireServe!

I am so relieved that you sent Joe. He is very down to earth and gets the job done. I felt completely comfortable with him here and that is important to me as an elderly person. He also left everything clean and even locked the gate for me. I'm very glad that I was referred to you all. Will see you in 6 months for winter.

Joe was knowledgeable and he explained my repair options for a coolant leak in my multi-split system. This repairs where made and I was impressed enough to sign up for routine service going forward.

Marty and Noah did an excellent job of getting our a/c unit going again, highly recommend. Shout out to Noah for crawling under the house to replace duct work and insulation.

They got here the same day I called them. Very friendly and knowledgeable service people. Installed a small propane heater for me.

These guys are wonderful! Saved me a ton of money by fixing my existing unit when someone else told me I needed new unit. Had me up and cool before I knew it. I am so thankful for Marty and his guys.
