We had to call ServPro Chattooga out on a busted water heater, they got there within the hour, to assist with drying out to prevent mold. They kept us up to date and were very friendly, We will use again for sure. but hopefully not too soon! :)

We had a 20-year-old clothes washer to malfunction and wound up flooding part of our laundry room, bedroom, and hallway. Called Servpro the next day and they gave me an assessment later that morning. My carpet has been salvaged and the seal plates in the walls were properly treated for mold infestation. The two technicians were very professional and courteous, and politely explained each process while working at our house. Soon everything will look like new again and I’m glad I called Servpro. My hot water heater busted the day before Thanksgiving. I called two different companies and servpro was the only one who showed up to give me a estimate. Zac walked me through the process and let me know what to expect. I was impressed with how quick they got started with the work and how smooth everything went with state farm adjuster. I hate it happened, but I feel like it went as well as it could have.

The people that did the work was very professional and high quality. Very respectful. Completed job in a very timely manner. Communication was excellent. Tim was very respectful and once job was started he did an excellent job handling everything.

These guys came right out after the city called them and were quick to cleanup the sewage backup to make my home livable and then we’re quick to come out the next day and start demo. Super professional and nice and explained everything that was going to be done. Will use again.

We had a leak from our Air Conditioner, and it brought down the ceiling
in my home office. We called SERVPRO and got an IMMEDIATE RESPONSE! It was nice speaking to a REAL PERSON rather than getting a
voicemail. It was a Saturday and within a Blink of an eye, the SERVPRO
team was in my house taking care of the water damage from the leak.
The team was led by Joey who was in charge of coordinating the job
and Alberto and Raegan actually did the work needed to cleanup and
repair the problem. Turns out we called the BEST COMPANY for the Job!
The wet area was handled by a Humidifier and Large Fans. Now everything is dried out and BACK TO NORMAL! Thank You So Much

In April of 2020 we had tornado damage. servepro came out quickly to tear out ceilings, walls, half my kitchen, and some hardwood flooring to dry the home. Since then we have request an estimate for repairs. Someone came out a few months later for estimate and was suppose to write it up so we could start work. We never heard back. Since then my husband has called, I sent an email to marketing (listed in one of the servepro google replies to previous review), then called again myself last week. I was told there was some "change to structure" which had us "lost in transition". I was told someone would call us in a day or 2, but still no contact has been made. I am very disappointed in their lack of communication and follow through to put our home back together. In 3 months it will be a year since the damage. I'm not sure what else to do to get them to help us with repairs..

I wanted them to give me a estimate for mold removal. Everything was going well at first. The lady's who i talk to to schedule the appointment were great. Then it came time to give me the estimate and that is when i spoke to there office manager. She was one of the most unprofessional people i have every spoken to. She flat out lied to me about my estimate and who and when i would talk to someone about it. She talk to me with so much disrespect. When i finally talk to someone about my estimate they said they never said what she told me and they didn't even know that i call. If i were you i wouldn't use this company until she has gotten her act together.

We had Tyler come out and look under our house for damage from recent flooding. He was very helpful and professional. They were prompt and courteous. I would highly recommend!!

The service provided was timely and very professional. Everyone who came into my house were really nice people and worked skillfully and quickly. The prompt response insured that the water intrusion did not have time to soak in, allowing the salvage of all dry wall and hardwood floors.

I had a water leakage in my Childrens bathroom, which caused a lot of water damage. I called ServPro and Tyler was sent out the next day to assess the damage. Shortly after he was done Josh, Devon and Kyle came out and got to work. They were very nice and listened to my concerns. They took the time needed to dry out my house. Even though it lasted for about 2 weeks (drying time), Josh was very proactive in keeping me updated on everything.
