Agassi from AK Appliance Repair has always been prompt and professional. We have used AK Appliance repair for a refrigerator repair, dryer repair, and washing machine repair. He always has a fair price and realizes that your time is valuable. Agassi shows us over and over that he treats his customers like family and friends- true world class customer service.

Overall, AK Appliance Repair was a pleasant experience. Called late Monday afternoon about my non-functioning oven; AK was over the next afternoon. Took about 30 min to diagnose the problem (the control board), and Agazi ordered the part from my home. I was told 3-5 business days for the part. Come day 5, I still had not heard from Agazi. He calls me the very next day, squeezes me in, and another 30 min service call later...I had a working oven. Would have liked a notification that the part had not arrived in the time frame promised, but I will take the expediency every day of the week. I will certainly call upon AK Appliances again if I need a repair.

Agazi was kind and considerate. He talked to me on the phone about my dryer problem and came prepared with the correct part to fix it. While here I asked him about a metal clip that was exposed on the front of my dryer. He said the plastic piece it clips to was broken but that it was not necessary to have since the plastic teardrop molding it was holding was tight everywhere else. He tried to remove the metal clip and while he was aggressively pulling at the plastic teardrop molding I became concerned he would break it and told him not to worry about it. He told me to use white tape in that place to make it tight and then went on to replace my control panel. I was happy when he left because my dryer was working but later last night I opened the drawer under my dryer and discovered 4 metal clips in the bottom of the drawer. That's when I found that the plastic teardrop molding frame is now loose where it had been tight. It is no longer even resting against my dryer on the bottom side of the teardrop.

I called Agazi this morning and spoke with him. He is difficult to understand over the phone but I could tell he was making excuses. I'm very discouraged. This is why it makes me nervous to call a repair person. Now I will have to pay another repair person to come and fix what Agazi damaged on my dryer. I'm not even sure who to call. I chose AK because they had great ratings. I thought I would be adding to their great ratings when Agazi finished and left yesterday because I was truly happy. Unfortunately, I cannot give them a good rating since he caused damage that did not exist prior to his arrival, and from everything I can understand him to say on the phone, he is making excuses for it.

I have watched a video of a repairman changing the control panel on my kind of dryer and he actually had to remove the teardrop molding. While doing so, he said to be very careful because it was easy to break the clips.

I'm discouraged and frustrated.

It’s interesting to me that you waited 6 months to respond to my review, and then you had the nerve to call me a liar. You have obviously forgotten the details. My review was, and is honest and true. I stand by it.
