I really didn’t wanna do this but I feel like I have no choice. This was an awful experience, they charged almost double the initial estimate to replace a section of roof. Then they did it wrong and charged me again to come back and fix the leaks that should’ve been repaired the first time. It was like pulling teeth to get them to come out and finish the repair properly despite me clearly saying that I was under a tight schedule due to closing on the house.

Finally, they left a massive mess of debris and garbage from the old roof laying around my house. I asked them multiple times to clean it up and they assured me they would and never did. Honestly I feel like I was taken advantage of and screwed over. Also, they stunk up my entire property by smoking weed while they were working. Do what you want on your own time but that was just unprofessional and honestly unsafe for people working on roof’s. I hope future customer’s have good liability insurance if one of them fall’s off your house and tries to sue you.

I absolutely love this company. They did an amazing job on cleaning my gutters plus it been awhile since I had them done. I really like how they gave me information on how to keep them clean, and how often I need to do it as well. All I can say is THANK YOU!!!!

DO NOT USE!

I have to keep calling and reminding him about the appointment he made, then he is a no-show. He is nice but is very unprofessional and not consistent at all. I used to get pictures, and then he stopped that. I used to get invoices, and he stopped that also. He was supposed to come by on Friday - still has not come by.

UPDATE it took 3 months, and he went up on his prices and did not let me know. Plus, he said I had hail damage on my roof, and he could fix it for $6K......there was NO hail damage.

Just used JR to clean my gutters and minor roof repair. He was an amazing professional and gave me a detailed explanation of what’s going on with my roof. I was highly satisfied and will use him again.

My gutters were in desperate need of some cleaning and attention with all the rain and being surrounded by trees. Jordan promptly responded to my call and came out the same day. He was professional and provided excellent service with cleaning and repairing my hanging gutters. I will definitely use again as the next project will be gutter guards.

Jordan of JR professional Gutter cleaning was professional, honest and very mannerable. He explained everything to me and was very respectful. He will do some more work for me. What impressed me most is he followed up with me and kept me informed of any delays. Second, I called a couple of companies and no one responded promptly. Jordan did a fantastic job, we both had a small roof repair and needed the gutters cleared/leaves cleared from the roof. He got it all done in one day, and was very nice, even spotting another small issue and patching it up for us! We will use JR again next year, and would recommend them whether you need roof repair or gutters cleared!

Jordan is NOT professional at all. He never came back to complete the job I paid him for even though he said it was a small piece he had to add. HE NEVER RETURNED. Upon inquiring about completing the job he became argumentative and disrespectful and never came back.
He did not clean up after removing old gutters from my home. He asked for additional money to have the old gutters removed. He left old gutter clips ALL around the home. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. DO NOT USE THIS GUY.

Today when I woke up12/23/2022, I realized that my back gutter was hanging and honestly, I was a little but panicked. I contacted two others who would be able to come out but on 12/27/2022 which was reasonable considering the holidays. Problem was this could potentially get worse than it was at the time if I did not address it sooner. I called JR and he responded quickly. He came earlier than anticipated. He gave me a quote that considering the circumstances could have been higher, but I felt it was fair. He completed the work in 29 degree weather.

Let's be clear, I did read the reviews and was apprehensive. However, that was NOT my experience with JR. While I do read reviews, it is important to remember what needs to be done. I had a need. He fixed it and I am satisfied. I have attached the before and after photos of the project. When your house is not in order, you have a tendency to not feel okay. I feel like a significant weight was lifted from my shoulders and I can rest well.
My advice to anyone reading this review. Make your own judgment based on the work that needs to be done. Not everything needs to be complicated. Furthermore, give the man a chance. This is his business and he made it a point to come to my rescue so I am extremely grateful and satisfied with the work.

I hired this roofing contractor back in November 2024 and paid over $600 for repairs. The work included replacing three pipe boots, sealing damaged areas, & fixing three shingles. Unfortunately, my roof is still leaking.

I’ve tried hiring other roofers to fix it, but they all told me to contact the original contractor since he mentioned I have a 5-year warranty. I’ve been reaching out since the summer, and all I’ve gotten is the runaround. It’s now almost a year later, & they still hasn’t come back to fix the problem.

The leak has gotten worse & is now damaging my bathroom. I’ve been more than patient, but this is very frustrating & disappointing. My insurance won’t cover it because the cost doesn’t meet their threshold.

I really hope he sees this review & finally comes out to honor the warranty & fix my roof before I have to take further action.
