I needed a roof inspection ASAP and found Canopy Roofing on Google. When I called, they answered the phone! No “please leave a message” and no “someone will get back
with you” responses. Jackson scheduled my appointment and Damien Webb showed up on time. Damien was very professional, personable, and proficient. He explained the process and how long it would take. He then sent me the report as soon as it was completed. It a pleasurable experience all the way around. If you need a roofer, I highly recommend Canopy Roofing.

We had our roof replaced recently. It is a very steep roof which is in a third story either 5 dormers. There was much rotten wood around the dormers and other parts of the roof. Canopy did an excellent job repairing the rotten wood and installing the new tile. Chris Nasser, the Canooy representative with whom I had the pleasure of dealing, was a consummate professional and extremely responsive. He brought a drone to examine the roof and take pictures before the roof replacement and after completion of the installation. I could see how badly worn the roof was before the replacement and how good it looks after.
To top it all off, I found their pricing to be very fair given the size and age and condition the roof was in before its replacement. All in all, I am very happy we contracted Canopy for the job!

House repairs are stressful, but even more so when you don't know who to call. We were concerned about a roof leak, and it's such a relief to call someone you trust. Chris helped us with a previous roof issue and is incredibly helpful. He explained everything, took many pictures, and shared options for the next steps. He followed up the next day to see if we had additional questions. Chris is knowledgeable, thorough, and trustworthy. While I hope we don't have additional roof issues, it's reassuring knowing who to call if we do.

Canopy did an exceptional job on my roof, and Chris Nasser could not have been more helpful. He really went above and beyond to ensure that everything went smoothly. He communicated with our insurance adjuster, providing a very detailed analysis and photographs of hail damage; then met a second insurance rep on-site to explain his findings. The installation took one day and they did a great job covering the plants and cleaning the job site. This team did a great job tearing down the old wood siding & replacing rotted wood & upgrading this old house with beautiful vinyl siding! The crew worked fast & got the job done to perfection!

Chris Nasser from Canopy was there every step and answered all of my questions and provided options without trying to upsell. They had a large skilled crew and were able to complete the roof in one day. Chris was very responsive with all follow ups is really someone I was able to trust. I definitely recommend their services and am very satisfied with my new roof, gutters and gutter covers.

I don't know that getting a new roof is supposed to be a good experience but with Canopy it was. I felt comfortable every step of the way with Brandon and Chris's guidance. They were fair, reasonable, met set expectations and were over all straight forward good business people. So glad we decided to work with Canopy.

I don’t do reviews and I’m not looking to replace my roof, not for a couple more years at least. However, Canopy impressed me enough so here we are. I saw Brandon flying a drone above my neighbors home so I approached him out of curiosity. He offered me a free inspection of my roof. I was impressed by how professional and interactive the process was—he even let me fly the drone they use to scan the roof! I’ve never seen a company present a service like Canopy did. When it’s time for a new roof, I’ll be calling them.

It was a small job but they were in and out in less than a day. It's hard to find someone to do small jobs but they stepped right in and took care of it. I would highly recommend this company.
