I had a wonderful experience with Ocean Blue pools! We had a very old pool that was in need of a lot of TLC. Randall came out and gave a quote and was able to tell us exactly what we had on our hands and the process it would take to get it up and running. He was very thorough and took time to show us through all of our design options. He made a recommendation for the sun shelf, which made all the difference in the overall aesthetic of the pool.
Install was efficient and professional. They took care of everything start to finish, and linked us up with a maintenance company they truth to keep it up properly. Any questions I had after install were answered quickly. I would absolutely hire them again and recommend them to anyone in need of a professional trustworthy company.

We are very happy with our renovation. Randall was timely in providing estimates and seeing that the job was done on time and with quality workmanship. We had a complete renovation done that required extensive work on the demo. The new tile, bull nose, and pebble finish look great! The workers left the place clean every day. Randall is very knowledgeable and gave us good advice on the project and there were no surprises. We highly recommend Ocean Blue!

Randall and Ocean Blue Pools are top notch! He turned a nightmare situation into our dream pool. The first pool company I contracted with ghosted me after installing the shell and taking a large percentage of the overall payment. I quickly found out, there aren't many pool companies willing to pick up where someone left off. However, after dozens of calls to pool companies and with a limited budget, Randall saved the day. Even after dealing with the horrible situation from the previous company, I felt confident that Randall was the right person for the job. He provided a clear plan and timeline from the beginning. He was highly involved every step of the way. His team was polite and paid attention to every little detail. Randall ensured the numerous misteps from the previous company were resolved along the way. He was able to finish the project in less than 4 weeks of which one week was waiting on permits and a rain delay. I am beyond happy with the final results and I can now enjoy my beautiful backyard with my family and friends. When we were looking in to renovating our 35 year old swimming pool we contacted several pool builders within the Atlanta area, many of which never responded. Additionally, we had several pool companies come out to our house that never followed up with a proposal. We found Randall and Ocean Blue Pools and we are certainly glad we did! Randall responded to us promptly and provided a detailed proposal within 24 hours. He explained exactly what could and would be done with our project and was able to complete the renovation within the time frame and budget that was quoted. Randall is extremely knowledgeable and did a great job communicating with us throughout the entire process. His crew was professional and worked extremely hard to complete our renovation that included resurfacing the interior with Pebbletec, as well as installing new coping, tile, and building 2 new drains. We are very pleased with the results and would highly recommend Randall and Ocean Blue Pools to anyone looking to renovate or build a new pool.

Wonderful pool design & build experience!! We had a limited area to build a pool / spas, and Randall helped us make the most of our area. When our HOA cut our setback more than the approved permit, he presented an alternative that was accepted by the HOA, and we couldn't be more satisfied ! Highly recommend Ocean Blue Pools!

My experience with Ocean Blue Pools was excellent. I have a 20 year old pool that needed to be renovated. I inquired about the project with three different pool companies, and by far Ocean Blue was the best in terms of setting expectations, fair pricing, and dependable scheduling.

It was an extensive renovation that required total resurfacing and retiling, and installation of a salt water system. Randall, the owner of the company, coordinated everything. I received an itemized list of project costs that was up front and clear. When Randall told me the project would take two weeks from start to completion, I was a bit skeptical, especially based on the experience I had when I had my pool built 20 years ago with a different company that has since gone out of business. To my delight, his crew started work on the scheduled date, and with each stage of completion, Randall was personally there to check the work, and to ensure that everything was progressing smoothly.

The renovation was completed in exactly 2 weeks as promised, and the quality of the work was outstanding. The pool looks better now than when it was new. A sparking Tahoe Blue pebble tech oasis that I will enjoy this summer and expect to enjoy for many years to come.

Mark and Tim did a fantastic job on our pool renovation. From quote to finish, they consistently showed expertise and a dedication to excellence. They must have answered 500 of my questions over the course of our project, but Mark was always happy to provide an extremely thorough answer and explanation. Mark came out to check work on an almost daily basis when the majority of the work was being done - something I haven't seen from any project managers I've worked with in the past. He and Tim continued to come out personally to check every item on our punch list as we were wrapping up. They guarantee their work, like many companies, but actually followed up at 3 months and 6 months to make sure we were still happy with everything. They also always treated their staff with respect, which is not necessary for a beautiful pool, but just another reason I would use them again in a heartbeat. They weren't always on top of the office paperwork side (I think they must spend 99% of their time with their clients), but we could always get them on the phone or in person anytime throughout the process.

Ocean Blue Pools was incredible. We LOVE our pool and can't say enough great things about the professional staff and response time. Mark and Tim were always incredible and patient and explained everything about the process and permitting and handled it all for us. We wish we could give more than 5 stars.

Tim is also so talented with his landscaping ideas and implementation... his vision is incredible and the results are better than expected. We just trusted him and it turned out amazing. HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION!

We gave Timothy (the owner of Ocean Blue Pools) a number and a short wish list, and he took it from there. No micromanaging needed. The design tied the pool, hardscaping, and landscaping together perfectly and stayed within budget. Friendly crew, clear updates, and a beautiful result. We’d choose them again without hesitation.

We cannot thank Randall and his team enough for our fabulous "new" pool!! They turned a 38 year old pool into a luxury pool in a matter of 2 weeks! Our pool decking renovation is beautiful and so easy to manage!! Randall was so very patient in the design process since he knows what a major decision every little detail is! We are absolutely in love the work Ocean Blue Pools did on our new pool. The craftsmanship is great, overall communication was good, and they were able to finish ahead of schedule.

Ocean Blue Pools brought our vision to life. Timothy, the owner, and Sergio were easy to work with—professional, responsive, and on top of every detail. We shared a landscaping budget and let them run with it, and they absolutely delivered. The pool and backyard look fantastic, and the whole process felt smooth from day one. Highly recommend.

To say that this job was a challenge might be a bit of an understatement. We purchased a renovated home that had a pool in the back yard. However, as opposed to renovating the pool along with the house, the renovation company opted to fill pool with 13 dump trucks worth of concrete, dirt, and construction debris.

After having the pool excavated, we started to call some pool companies. Randall at Ocean Blue was the first to respond, the first to visit, and the first to get back to us with an actual quote. We had two other companies come out. One took about two weeks to get us a quote, and they would not be able to get us on their calendar until the fall. The other one we never heard from again.

Despite everything the pool had been through, the original shell was still in remarkably good shape. Randall did not seem intimidated by the scale of the job, and told us "I've brought back pools in worse shape than this."

This job involved raising the beam of the pool about 6-7 inches, new plumbing, and new electric. The old finish needed to be stripped off, and a new finish applied. New tile and coping were also installed. Last but not least, about 1600 square feet of pavers were installed to create the pool deck and patio. Perhaps the most unbelievable part of the story is that this job was completed in about three weeks time.

Randall has an incredible group of craftsmen working for him. Every one of them was kind, respectful and courteous. I give Randall and his team the highest recommendation possible. Outstanding work.

It is very difficult to get a pool permit approved and built in Sandy Springs, and Tim and his team did it flawlessly. Tim, Jennifer, Andy and the whole team did a great job on our pool and backyard projects. They were able to work around the issues with our septic system and the permitting process with both Fulton County and Roswell. The pool, patio and landscaping projects turned the backyard into a great area for our family and friends to use for many years to come.

Randall did a fantastic job on our pool. We could not be happier. I called several pool companies for estimates and half would not either come out or after submitting estimates return our calls. Randall was very quick to respond and had a actual showroom where everyone else wanted us to look online to pick a finish. Randall was slightly more expensive but you get what you pay for. Our experience with Randall and Ocean Blue Pools was by far the best we have ever had with any contractor. He exceeded our expectations in a number of ways. First, he listened to our needs and our ideas, gave recommendations, and then implemented a plan that was cost efficient and gave us the pool we desired. Second, Randall lived up to his word. There was no grey area in price or other expectations, and we greatly appreciated how clear and straightforward he was. We did not have to guess as to schedule, design, or the process for our pool being built. Third, his ideas saved us money and time. We had multiple estimates and designs drawn up and Ocean Blue Pools exceeded all of them in being financially responsible, meeting our requirements, and in planning. My family and I cannot recommend Randall high enough. He treated us superbly, and we observed him ensuring the quality of our installation. He was onsite routinely and checked in with us often. If I could give a rating above five stars, I would do it in a heartbeat.

Ocean Blue Pools was hired to resurface an old plaster pool and did a terrific job. I got stonescapes mini pebble aqua white with glass tossed in and it looks great. Randall was very responsive and prompt once the project kicked off and we got a quote. They also kept to the schedule about as close as you can expect for a large project, finishing only 2-3 days after expected finish date. In addition to resurfacing, they replaced the waterline tile, mastic, and re-piped the main drains to meet code and remove a clog. They also put us in contact with another contractor to fix some equipment issue and replace our lights while the pool was drained (which got done promptly, but we have had some issues scheduling other improvements with that contractor after the original pool work at no fault of Ocean Blue Pools). The finish of the new plaster is good - a couple small/medium sized spots where it's not a perfect finish in the deep end around main drain become visible at certain times of day (perhaps from final acid wash after the new plaster, idk) is the only complaint to an otherwise perfect job. Overall it was a great service but not cheap (in part due to my finish choices). I'll reach out to them again if we have other large pool work such as coping replacement.

Ocean Blue was the only company who would take our rehab project on after being scammed and left with a concrete shell by another contractor who's name started with a B and ends with a -reed.

They did the best they could with what they had to work with and it turned out pretty amazing. You almost can't tell it was started by someone who didn't know what they were doing.
