For years I've had water damage coupled with mold in my basement living quarters. I contacted other companies but no one was able to find the source of the water entry. Maurice came in and found the source of the problem and took steps to prevent further water entry. He remediated the mold, replaced the drywall and painted. I am very happy with the way the job turned out.

Rapid Dry LLC was recommended by a relative who used them previously. I purchased a new basement door that needed to be hung. The new door would replace an older door that was allowing water to seep under it due to previous renovations. After contacting two other contractors that never showed up I contacted Maurice at Rapid Dry and he responded immediately. He was very professional and provided good value for the work that was needed. He came the day before to give estimate on what was needed for the job. Then showed up the next day on time, with the right tools and ready to work.

Mr. Maurice is the truth! He came on time to provide an estimate (a fair one might I add). He was very professional and detailed. During his evaluation, he provided me with a voice over detailed video of the issues I had and the plan for remediating them. He scheduled me and came and took care of the problem, cleaned up and answered all remaining questions I had for him.By the way I had a leak in my crawlspace so he went in and cut out a great part of the cast iron and replaced with PVC piping.
