Terrible service. Came out and gave me a price to fix and supposedly ordered the parts. Had to follow up multiple times to try and get the job done. We were on a timeline for closing on a house. He then says they sent the wrong part and I would have to pay $100 to have them overnight the correct part. When questioned why I’m paying for their mistake he states he is the one who ordered the wrong part. I asked him why I was paying for his mistake and he states “I guess I’ll have to eat that 100” then gives me another quote for the fixing of my stove that was 100 more than originally quoted and tells me he told me that number in the first place. Next day comes and no part comes. He was rude and never did come to fix the stove. Left me in a huge pinch and out my $89 assessment fee.
