The two gentlemen that showed up to encapsulate my crawlspace, were very respectful, friendly, and fast. They did an excellent job.

Michael and his team were beyond excellent with our project. They finished ahead of schedule and under budget and with excellent workmanship. Even my neighbor mentioned how nice the men were while they were working on my house. We had flooding in our basement with the recent heavy rains and APS was able to get out for the quote, schedule and complete the work within two weeks.

Michael and his crew did an amazing job on our crawlspace encapsulation, working in very difficult and tight conditions. I will be recommending them to the general contractors I work with as an architect as well as to anyone else who asks. APS is great value for the money, and they presented several options to choose from based on our circumstances. Two thumbs up and five stars!

Michael has done a fantastic job on our Crawlspace and I feel at ease knowing he's looking after things. When we first moved in, he installed an industrial dehumidifier and has done well maintaining it, including a recent visit, where I was getting an error code and replaced part free of charge to keep it up and working. Stays on things response quickly, does excellent work. Highly recommend!

Just had a sump pump installed in our garage. Haven’t had an opportunity to test it out yet, but Michael was such a pleasure to work with. He was very informative and sent picture examples whenever I had questions before the work was done. The work looks very professionally done. The crew was very polite and cleaned up after themselves.

Michael was very professional, responsive, and helpful. We had a leak after a large rain and Michael diagnosed the problem quickly. After the work was done, Michael noticed something in a picture that wasn’t quite right and he offered to come fox it right away without prompting. Would recommend.

Michael and his team were amazing! Our crawlspace was underwater and our living room had water damage... He and his team came out fixed the problem, encapsulated, and 2 years later we have not had a drop of water! We had several quotes and he was the most competitive for what he offered. Communication was also great!

Can't say enough about the APS Waterproofing team! We had flooding in our basement after the heavy rain early summer and they determined we needed new foundation drains (after 30 years). APS did a great job - they had to dig up the old drains along the side of the house and installed a new and much improved drainage system. This hard-working crew worked tirelessly in the extreme heat and were even able to save landscaping as requested. Highly recommend APS.

We purchased a home in May of 2022, we’re told majority of work was done by Pros, “handyman”- but come to find out the “sunroom addition” was definitely NOT done by any pro what so ever, it was possibly done by an unlicensed, uninsured “handy man”. During the recent heavy storms we had in Atlanta, we find out that “sunroom additon” is a lazy river, we peeled back the tiles and find holes, cracks in the concrete. Mind you, this was 2 weeks before Xmas.

Just like Ken Nuggent, all it took was 1 call and that’s all for Mike & his team to PROFESSIONALLY RESOLVE the lazy river we had going on. Word to the wise- BUYER BEWARE when buying a home from shady realtors, they are just out for the All mighty DOLLAR. Again mind you this was 2 weeks before Xmas, and his team still came out and fixed the issue at a reasonable price and made sure to follow up with us. My family and I highly recommend APS Solutions to anyone in need of basement, crawl space issues.

His quote was reasonable and he started on a date that accommodated our schedule. Finished in just 3 days. . His crew was great. We are very happy.

We got bids from 4 other companies, and every single one said, "It's not the worst crawlspace we've seen... but it's up there." 😅 So yeah, it needed work. APS came through with friendly service, no pushy sales tactics, very competitive pricing, and it was a super smooth process. The crew was amazing, and now the space is so clean the kids asked if they could sleep down there (we said no, it’s still a crawlspace).
