We are trying to get our house ready to sell, and our lawn was a complete disaster. Mark came out and worked his magic. Seriously, our lawn is so amazing now, I'm reconsidering moving (don't tell my wife). This new sod is so plush that it's probably softer than our mattress. And it's so green that every time I step out the front door, I think i'm in Ireland. Mark and his guys were professional and courteous as could be. One more thing, we did have just a little bit of landscaping done by these guys, and their attention to detail was great as well.

Mark and his team were awesome! We felt extremely overwhelmed by how bad of shape our yard had become after a failed personal attempt of resolving. He was more than fair with his quote and the results were incredible between the before and after. Super grateful for Down South Design. I would absolutely recommend them if you want an honest assessment and quality experience!

I had a great experience working with Down South Design and owner Mark. He is incredibly easy to communicate with; always responsive, but never pushy or overly salesy. Talking with him, you get the clear sense that he genuinely cares about doing what’s right for your project, not just making a sale.

He’s also very flexible and willing to work around your schedule, which I really appreciated. Most importantly, Mark really knows his craft. He made thoughtful, well-informed recommendations for my landscape that I wouldn’t have considered on my own—and they turned out great.

We built an inground pool this year and when it came time for the finishing touches and all the landscaping we decided to hire Mark and his wonderful crew to make it perfect! From meeting to discuss design, to final install the process was a wonderful experience. We were told from the beginning they were back logged due to weather, but it was well worth the wait. We are so pleased with the result and if we ever have another landscaping job we will absolutely not think twice about reaching out to hire Mark again!

I recently had Willow St Lawns clean my gutters, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service! From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and thorough. They arrived on time and took the time to explain the process to me before getting to work. The team worked quickly, ensuring all the debris was cleared out of my gutters without leaving a mess behind. Couldn’t be more thankful.

Sharing a review so others aren’t lured by the 5 star reviews. We hired Willow Street and had them come out for service on 4 separate occasions. First time, they left blue paint splattered all over our driveway, and claimed that was to mark for weeds. Second time, they were supposed to mow but only used an edger and left untidy clippings all over the lawn. Third time, they came out to finally mow, but came out at 8:30-9PM at night, disrupting our family and neighbors. It was too dark to even see outside, and they left the grass entirely uneven. On top of all of this, it’s clear they outsource everything. Phone reps don’t know timing and can’t provide contact info for service providers and are overall unhelpful. There are too many quality full service lawn providers around to waste time dealing with Willow.
