Rep told me availability was between 3-6 I told them I need them there at 4pm… the next day rep called said people canceled can he come early I said nobody home can he come at 4 he said yes.. rep canceled my appointment and stop answering the phone… I needed this done due to a important meeting…just bad communication bad service.

0/5 stars. TERRIBLE! I basically paid hundreds of dollars for someone to wet my stuff and leave. It's still dirty!! They change the pricing on you and ended up almost being double what I was quoted. Mind you my carpet and couch are only 1 year old. The person that I booked with did not tell me that they did not accept American Express for payment. It put me in a bind when it came to paying because I did not have another card available. The person that set up the appointment did not tell me the rug was going to be additional outrageous amount and it has to go to the facility for them to clean it. The person that booked me did not tell me that it was going to cost extra money for them to treat areas for pet stains. They told me that was included. I'm disappointed because the price I was quoted it was not the price that I ended up paying. and the person that cleaned my carpet and couch didn't do a good job, I guess because the furniture is newer. But all the same stains and discoloration that were on the couch are still there. There was one stain even that I just took a damp cloth and was able to rub it out after he left. He didn't even try. I'm very disappointed. My couch is still dirty. It looks the same. I definitely would not recommend to anyone else. Because of the change in pricing, poor communication and for my stuff to still be dirty.

Cameron Finley came out the same day I called to clean carpets of an entire home before moving in and he was a phenomenal technician. He did a great job and was very polite and helpful. I would highly recommend Zerorez and this particular technician!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Jeff is awesome and is our go to guy for the services he provides. even though we also do similar work jeff takes care of all our carpet cleaning and duct cleaning needs.

He has done work at my home and for 3 of my clients. He is professional, punctual and very helpful.

We had a short window of time to get the carpets cleaned in our new home between when the remodeling contractors were finished and the movers showed up with our furniture. Jeff not only accommodated our timeline but did an outstanding job making the carpets look like they were brand new! Now that pollen season is about finished we look forward to having Jeff come back to clean out our air ducts.

Jeff offered to clean my carpets as a thank you for help I had provided him earlier. Since it was not a paid service, and I knew my carpets needed whatever he was willing to do, I was excited and thankful for the offer. Jeff worked with me on scheduling, finding a mutually acceptable time, and was always accommodating. He answered all of my questions, even the ones I thought were silly. But the best part was the timeliness of the service and the extraordinary quality. I was astonished at how amazing the carpet looked. I am embarrassed to show a before picture but if this is what he can do as a thank you... be assured as a paying customer you and your carpets will be treated phenomenally. I will use Carpet Technologies again and willing to pay full price, which was very reasonable.

Scott Robison was great to work with in setting up an appointment and Ryan & Eddie of Win Clean Plus did an AMAZING job on my Windows. I am really pleased. They were prompt, quiet (I was working from home), extremely Professional, Courteous and Careful - and Fast as well. And it is SO hard to find that combination ANYWHERE these days. Win Clean sent a photo of the man who was coming to clean which allowed for safety. Showed up on time as promised. My windows are now perfectly clean and shiny - better than I could do. This is the second year I have used their services and will continue to do so in the future.

Ryan and his partner did an excellent job of washing my windows both inside and out. We have a number of very large windows. Many are hard to reach because of landscaping. Ryan protected my gardens and still managed to place the ladders to reach the windows. It was a pleasure to have them work in my home. I have highly recommenced Win Clean Plus to friends and neighbors.

Scott gave me a quote to clean our windows inside and outside. It was very reasonable. Two guys showed up on the day of service. They were fast, efficient, and communicative.
