Gibbs Landscape Company

I contacted Gibbs for help with my backyard. Tyler York called me, listened to my ideas, then looked at the plan I had drawn when we met. He and I were able to walk the yard and talk about possibilities. I felt like he listened to my ideas and incorporated them into the final plan along with his own great ideas and solutions to the problems I was facing. I really enjoyed working with Tyler. He was very responsive to my texts, emails, and phone calls. The Gibbs working crews were very professional and prompt, showing up to the job when they said they would. We did encounter a problem with drainage after an exceptional deluge of rain. Tyler and the work crew quickly came up with solutions and were prompt about the fix. I loved working with Gibbs and would definitely use them again.

I brought Gibbs in for the 2nd phase of a landscaping job in my back yard. I did not call them the first time because I had heard that they were expensive. However after a mediocre experience with the first landscape company I was anxious to find a better experience. What I found was not only was their price competitive but the service and quality was top shelf. For example, the first company presented their estimate on a hand written piece of paper and then pressured me for a signature. Gibbs presented a full color CAD drawing that showed the exact name and location of each plant, shrub and flower. Additionally after the install I realized that I may need additional privacy shrubs… Gibbs sent out a design guy that readily agreed and also suggested that we relocate and adjust the spacing of the shrubs they already planted. I was surprised when I got the bill because they only charged me for the additional shrubs and relocated the other ones for free.
I was extremely satisfied with the experience and would not waste my time with other landscape companies when my next project comes up.

This is the second time I've had Gibbs Landscape do landscape design and installation for me, and I will continue to use them! Everyone is professional, helpful, and responsive, from design to install to office. The crew went out of their way to review everything with me, fixed the irrigation system, and transplanted the few plants I wanted to save. I highly recommend them, I will continue to use them in the future, and well worth the price. Thank you, Gibbs, for a beautiful front yard!
