Jim F. the plumber was truly a blessing to my family. We had a water coming up through our hardwood floor. I tried calling several Plumber Companies to come and help with our problem. Most companies didn’t have equipment for leak detection. I finally tried Pink Plumbing and they sent Jim out on the same day. Jim explained everything that would need to take place before he could repair the leak. He put me in touch with the National Leak Detectors and Experienced Claims Services(water damage restoration). He stayed and assisted me with the phone calls. I was able to make appointments right way. He is also very knowledgeable about dealing with the insurance company and claim process.
After the leak was detected. Jim came right away and fixed the pipe. Jim thank you so much for making the process less stressful. I will definitely recommend you and Pink Plumbing to my family and friends. Again Jim thank you so much and continue doing an amazing job.
