Randall did a great job on very short notice replacing our water pressure regulator when we realized that it had stopped working. He was very thorough and also inspected the rest of our house for any plumbing issues. A smooth and painless experience - we will definitely use Royal Flush again!

Kris did a great job replacing our hot water heater! We have a home warranty, but the company they sent added in multiple “modifications” not included in our warranty. Kris determined some were valid and some were not needed. We gave the job to Kris and we are very pleased with the quality of the work.

Randall came out on a Sunday afternoon, quickly assessed the situation, and was able to complete the repair in less than 30 minutes. He was also very thorough and explained what caused the issue to begin with. I truly appreciate this company and the customer service it provides!

We have had drain issues for about a month now and after working a couple of companies we contacted royal flush! They sent Kris out who was able to crack the code on our drain issue within 30 minutes! Our drains are working better than ever and he also gave us some great preventative maitnence tips along with a coupon for any additional services needed.

Randall came out today and fixed us right up. He was very courteous and helpful! We had a loose faucet that was leaking and after fixing it he checked all our faucets and under sink pipes to make sure everything was tight and good to go. Their response time was quick too. They are a very professional and courteous company.

Royal Flush tech Kris was fantastic. He was prompt, had answers to all our questions and concerns, explained what he proposed to do amd reason for action, is knowledgeable and very approachable. He even went so far as to cut some overgrown bushes to provide easier access to basement.
Royal Flush could use an entire crew of Kris' and would ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
Kris deserves an immediate raise.

Vincent did a wonderful job installing the water, drain lines, and faucets fir our double vanity. Vincent was very knowledgeable and was able to add a connector to the lines without having to cut into our bathroom wall. Kudos to Vincent for a job well done 👏🏾

I had the experience with technician Miguel. He entered our home seemingly professional but, we learned that he was Not. He proceeded to investigate a possible leak in both bathrooms upstairs by turning them on the same time. I wondered how can you tell which one is leaking, so I suggested testing them 1 at a time, he agreed. I asked him based on his expertise, what is his thoughts of possibilities? He said he can diagnose it by cutting a too big of a hole in our ceiling, (based on the new technician) that we hired. The cost is $225.00. We ask him based on his thoughts, can he give us an estimate of the cost of possibilities?. He said he’d have to go to his truck to get estimates. He went to his truck as we waited patiently, possibly 15-20 min. too long. So hubby decided to check on him. Hubby said, Wow 😮 he’s gone!!!!!!! I couldn’t believe it. We just looked at each others and sighed in disbelief. I decided to call the company and they allowed me to speak to him. With no cursed words I said some things expressing the way we felt and advised him, in the future he shouldn’t disrespect ppl regardless. He constantly apologized as I expressed myself🤥 😑. As a Christian, I accepted it, but not at the time. We was so upset!!!!!!!! More training needed with the company. This is an example of Poor Customer Service.
