I had a large oak tree fall on my roof in the Smokerise area of DeKalb County. It crushed the roof including the decking and rafters on about 1/4 of the house. It damaged the brick side of the house and the front porch including columns, fascia, and ceiling. It also poked through the interior ceiling in a couple of places. I called eight contractors to get a quote and of the eight Champion was the only one I trusted to do the job correctly and professionally. They did not let me down. Keith Barnhart, the estimator, patiently walked me through the insurance process and worked with my insurance company to get his numbers and the insurance adjuster’s numbers to match so that I was completely compensated and no short cuts were taken. Billy Booker, the project manager took it from there and coordinated with me, and the sub-contractors to get materials and supplies on site and to do the extensive repair work (during the Covid scare). He kept me informed throughout the repair of what was finished and what was next. Diego and his crew did the repair work completely and professionally with minimal disruption. In several cases doing better quality work than I was expecting. I would not hesitate to recommend Champion to a friend. Thanks guys for a job well done.
