very professional, pleasant, quick, and not expensive. Had an electrical issue in bathroom that stumped my handyman and another electrician. Called EF Thomas due to their reviews and that they are in my area. First, someone actually answered the phone even though it was midday and was ready to take my information; and the person was friendly, professional, and responsive. My experience has been that that is highly unusual in the trade business. Second, the person who answered the phone was able to contact the master electrician while I was on the line and give me an ETA of when they could come out and service my issue. They were out in less than an hour and within minutes the master electrician was able to troubleshoot and resolve my issue -- that had stumped both my handyman and another electrician. The added bonus was that they were extremely reasonably priced!! I will use them for all electrical issues and needs from now on.

Great company. My new electricians. These guys made time to fit us into the schedule when we had a miswiring mishap during some DIY work. They were on time, courteous and able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem. Even though they were squeezing us into the schedule on a Friday, Chip and Jake were not at all rushed. They made time to explain the fix and helped us to determine some next steps in our DIY plan.
