Made an appointment to get my dryer repaired. Kevin came out and did an outstanding job of diagnosing the issue and showing me the actual problem. He was very professional in explaining everything to us and quickly made the repair with parts off from his van. I highly recommend Kevin and Appliance all stars for any of your appliance problems. Refrigerator was icing over. They came out 3 times and could not fix it and charged me over 500.00 dollars. Will never call again!!!

Davon provided excellent customer and had the dryer repaired in no time. He was very professional and a pleasure to do business with.

The tech was friendly and professional. Aside from the fact that he did not call 30 minutes before he came as promised by the dispatcher and the fact that he decided that the dishwasher needed a new motor before actually examining it to find the problem, the service visit was good. Now, once he decided to actually get down on the floor, take some things apart and pull the machine away from the wall to actually examine and find the problem, things got even better. Turns out, all it needed was for the drip pan under the dishwasher to be emptied and cleaned. It's running like a charm now. Lot cheaper than a new motor.

Kevin was great today. Extremely professional. We have used this company many times. I highly recommend.

First time using this company. Customer service was excellent. My tech was very patient and professional. Fixed my Samsung washer on the same day. I needed a belt. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. Will most definitely use this company again.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. THEY ARE SCAMMING YOU, IRRESPONSIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND UNQUALIFIED TECHNICIAN THAT DOESN'T KNOW A THING.
They repaired my refrigerator, replace mainboard, costed me over $500, it never works properly but I was saving up to a new one in a year and hoped the fridge with new mainboard would pull through a few months. Only 2 months later, it broke, the SAME issue as before, now they demand me to pay $99 to send tech in to check if their part they put in is working or not.

Devon was able to repair my leaking washer with a new part in the same day. He was courteous, and professional.

I contacted the business about whirlpool washer diagnosis repair. I was quoted 99 dollars. The technician came out on June 9 2025 after checking out the pump with a new one washer still didnt drain , The technician called his supervisor who told him that it must be the control board. The technician told me the price for installation and the part would be 227.10 in addition to the 99 dollar diagnosis fee bringing my total price to 337.04 with taxes. I told them that it would be fine if the part would not take long to get it. I was informed by the tech that the part would be to the company between the 11th and 13th of June. I contacted and left a message on the 11 and 12th of June and no one called back. I called on the 13th of June and left another message when no one had called me back. I then called a third time on the 13th and told them that I no longer wanted the part nor installation of the part since no one was professional enough to call me back about my concerns and that I would be requesting a refund for a part that never arrived when they said that it would and for said installation of the part. From my experience they might be ok to do business with them if they have the parts on hand if you need something repaired. They didnt have the part in stock for me and didnt respond to my inquiries of when it would be in stock even though we paid for installation and part upfront. Hopefully they do better in the future with customers and returning calls. I will never pay upfront again for services.

Not only could they not fix my washing machine after they charge me they said the parts not available and just never called me back ,but also now my machine ,every time I use it which is still works it moves. They somehow change the level on it so now it’s worse than it was before!!!!!worst company ever don’t call them.

We were able to get a same-day appointment and Demetrius was great and fixed our dryer, no problem! I will definitely use Appliance Allstars in the future.

Kevin was my service repair person. He was very professional and straight to the point. Explained the issue and didn't take long to replace the part.

Do not use this business. They charged me for fixing my washer, did not fix it, and refused to honor their warranty. My washer is actually in worse shape than it was before (sound now doesn’t work, vent doesn’t work, and dispense tray doesn’t work either (original repair request) and they now won’t return my calls, or come out to fix my washer. Go through the manufacturer for repairs. They don’t actually fix your appliances, and will likely damage them even worse. They DO NOT honor their warranty as well.

Appliance Allstars. I wouldn’t necessarily prefer to them as Allstars. The technician was very helpful and knowledgeable. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. It first started with the technician showing up on a Monday. I was then told the part had to be ordered and he wouldn’t be available to return until Wednesday. Ok, remind you the repair is my refrigerator. Ok, no problem. Wednesday arrives, technician. No show. I call, was told technician came, remind you two people were in the house. Technician was scheduled to come on Thursday. In the meantime, I received a call from the manager stating the technician quoted me the wrong price, and my balance will go from 42.00 to 175.00. I was never informed of the a service fee. Was only quoted an $85 cost, which would go towards the repair. That much was true, however it needs to be disclosed that there’s a $250 service charge for service. I wouldn’t recommend a dog.
