Joshua and Jockien did a great job of explaining the process for the water restoration work. They also use state of the art equipment to ensure the job is done right the first time. They answered all my questions thoroughly and I would certainly recommend them.

I want to give my most sincere thanks to the team at Champion cleaning systems. I contacted them at 9 PM at night and they immediately answered. The next day Jockien was promptly out to assess the situation and made arrangements for swift mitigation of my water damage. This is the most outstanding company at an extremely stressful and difficult time! Basement flood and reconstruction such a mess and potential nightmare! These guys came out on Sunday Jose and Mitchell and we’re so happy to help and assure me all would be well! Company was very fast at getting someone out. Joshua B. was our evaluator and he was very professional and knowledgeable. We didn't go with the service due to the issue not being too serious.

Mitchell and Stevie did an outstanding job remediating water damage in my main floor bathroom. They were thorough, courteous, and there is hardly any evidence I had a water issue.

This company is by far one of the best that we have worked with. From the first telephone call to the final process the communication was flawless. First thing I would say for people wanting a fast review is there is not enough stars in the world to rate Champion.
Starting with Jolan Washington,an amazing man when he says it will be OK, We got you- He means it with every piece of his existence.(hence the word, disaster mitigation) He Listened to everything I said, and looked at everything. He explained everything step-by-step that his company will do to dry out my house from a pipe burst, he told me he would have someone come in every day to see my numbers and adjust the fans and equipment to the problem area so the job was done fast because he knew the noise would be hard on my family. (He wasn’t concerned about just making more money). He helped me call my insurance company to make sure I was covered before starting the job(Very important). Then he sent me Aaron Noble. He was the kindest human being on earth. He explained everything he was doing showed me the results every day. He took the time to get down on his knees and talk to my granddaughter to make her feel better about what was happening. Him just taking the time in his day made me realize what was really important, it wasn’t getting the job done but helping getting us through the job comfortably and calmly. Bless you, Aaron.
Jolan also recommended a great plumber to repair the pipe. He came right away and repaired the busted pipe and was very reasonably priced. I was very happy. Jolan also recommended a packout company and they are going to pack out all my family belongings so the contractor can come and replace the floor and ceiling that needed repair. The contractor he recommended I have met with and I can tell I’m in good hands with him too. To sum it up, Champion is not only the best company but they also pick the best companies to compete the job. Because not only do they want to make sure their job is done correctly but that at the end you and your family life’s are better than normal and you are happy. Great company ! Andrew and his team are extremely professional and respectful. They communicated very well with me daily and super respectful of my house and belongings. Andrew went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and to answer any questions we had! I would go with these guys again if I ever need them.

Hunter and Jose came out to do water mitigation for my home after water damage. They both were very professional, patient, knowledgeable, and showed compassion for what I had experienced. They answered all my questions and kept me apprised of the procedure. They work well together as a team. Did great work in a timely manner.

Champion was amazing. I called them panicked when another company had, what seemed like intentionally, left my house soaked in water for days in an attempt to cause more damage and raise expenses. They came out within hours, put me at ease, and got right to work fixing everything. They walked me through every step of the process and made sure all of my questions were answered. They even helped me contact my insurance company. When the work began, they went out of their way to keep me informed, and took every precaution to make sure that my family and pets were safe. Andrew and Andriy went above and beyond. They came back daily and did a fantastic job at communicating every step of the way. They’ve even checked in on us twice since the job has been complete, just to make sure that we’re still being supported throughout the rebuild stage and don’t have any additional questions for insurance, etc. We couldn’t be more happy that we chose Champion and I couldn’t recommend them more!

We had a faulty wax line that caused sewage to leak under our hardwood floors. Champion was out and began work immediately. From the first meet with Andrew, the constant communication with the on site team and the through the insurance process, they made us feel like we were in the best hands. I called champion cleaning systems in Stockbridge because they came highly recommended. With in minutes Andrew was in contact with me. Andrew is Very professional, and knowledgeable. They gave me a great solution for my particular problem, and at a reasonable price! The techs were on site rite away ,and did a top notch job! I would highly recommend Them to any one.

Champion, meaning everyone they sent to the house, was top professional throughout their time span of work. They worked with me and the insurance company. They consulted with me addressing my concerns and answering my questions. They acted as if they were coming to and inside my house; the acknowledgment of and respect for that was clear in their behavior and professionalism. From Andrew making first contact and laying the facts down so clean (and remains there through time if you need him) they reviewed my case at HQ and called back with a third alternative that saved my tile floor! So that was a big deal, and it saved me from a huge headache and untold expense. The other guys who performed the work like Tanner and Nevin, Hunter, and the monitors like Andriy and Antonio, it's hard to ask for better than I got. Straight As on the report card. I haven't received any invoices yet, so as long as they don't overcharge me, it's all good.

Joshua came out to check some water damage I had in my garage. He was prompt, courteous, and very nice. He checked my problem area plus the surrounding area. He was super knowledgeable and explained my options thoroughly. I would definitely recommend Champion Cleaning and Joshua!

My first meeting with Champion was an eye-opening experience. David, the manager, Andrew the supervisor were excellent and still are excellent. Andrew is always so available. David was unbelievably patient with me. He explained everything in detail everything that was going to be done and why it needed to be done. As I said, Andrew was always available. Sometimes I felt like I was Being a pest asking questions but he never made me feel that way. I wish I knew the name of everyone that worked in my basement. They were so professional and did such an excellent job. They came in and just worked worked work worked. Aaron who constantly monitored the drying equipment. He was there on time always let me know when he was going to be there and let me know when he left. I can’t say enough about how nice he was , I would highly highly recommend Champion . You won’t be sorry.

Champion is a great company to work with. When we had a leak that caused water damage to our basement and garage, Andrew came out right away to do a free inspection. He walked us through what needed to be done, and they worked with us due to our lack of home insurance at the time. Hunter and Jose came to do the work in a few days (it only took that long because of the weekend), and they were nice and professional. Best of all, Jose and Hunter did such a wonderful job cleaning up all the debris and trash!

Even Hannah in the office is always pleasant when I call and she sent me a recommendation for a company to assist with renovations and repairs without me having to ask. All the employees who I have spoken to or encountered (Andriy, Liam, Brent) have been professional and friendly. I would work with this company again.

I recently had a home plumbing emergency resulting in a water damaged kitchen ceiling. Champion Cleaning Systems came out promptly, almost like they were on-call and were able to locate the source of the leak ( which was not obvious). The team of Joshua Byrd, Hunter Collins and Stephen Collins were extremely professional, explained the process in detail, told me what to expect, and made sure that all my questions were answered.
They made sure that other areas of our home were protected while they worked. Joshua was always a call away and reassuring.. I'd certainly recommend Champion to my friends if they have an emergency that requires clean-up.

Antonio, Michael and Nerio did a great job on our basement! We were flooded while on vacation and came back to a disaster. Made the call to Champion, Buford location, and the guys arrived quickly. They worked long into the night/morning getting the water sucked out. They monitored the drying process for days to make sure all was dry as should be. They removed what was not salvageable (flooring, baseboards, lower kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanity) and hauled it off.
Nice group of professional men. Always here when they said they would be with a phone call or text prior advising they were on their way.

My experience has been exceptional from start to finish. Chelsea, who initially contacted me, was pleasant and ensured effective communication throughout. Antonio promptly arrived and meticulously inspected for moisture, uncovering affected areas I hadn't noticed. Brent and Lian performed the demolition swiftly, leaving the site clean and organized.

Their attention to detail was commendable. Additionally, Lian and Andriy diligently monitored the drying process, regularly checking equipment readings to ensure effective moisture removal.

Moreover, when I expressed concerns about potential mold in my attic, Lian promptly relayed the information, leading to Antonio's thorough inspection. Although there was no mold, Antonio's keen eye identified other issues, which I could then address with my home builder, thanks to the photos he provided.

The claim filing and payment process was hassle-free. Dayna was extremely helpful with managing invoicing and payments.

Overall, Champion Cleaning Systems has an amazing team whose efficiency, professionalism, and dedication to quality service are unmatched. I am immensely grateful for their help and highly recommend them for any restoration or inspection needs. They truly went above and beyond to make a stressful situation manageable.
