The repair person from Hawkisville said he couldn't check the refrigerator because it had started back freezing. I told him how it was acting but he NEVER Tried to see what might have caused the problem. I was very upset with him. Plus he made a negative comment because we were wearing a mask. He said I guess I'll put on my mask but God is taking care of me. Wasn't satisfied at ALL. He could have at least tried to find out what might be the problem but he said he had to see 6 more people before 12 cause everyone was having problems with their French door refrigerator.

They are a contractor with my warranty company. The only one out of six contractors I’ve worked with through my warranty that’s been a problem. It’s impossible to get them on the phone. They refused to look at my dryer because they said it wasn’t on the work order. I made the claim on Jan 17 for my washer and dryer, saw them on the 23rd and have not heard from them since. They said they condemned the washer however the warranty company ordered the parts and I haven’t seen anyone to fix the washer nor a phone call to schedule services. It’s been a month now of calling every day and sending messages through their website with no return. Terrible customer service and the tech told me when he came out of the customer doesn’t clean out the appliances or if he doesn’t like them he will refuse to work on paid services. Absolutely would not recommend. 0/10.
