I hate to leave a bad review, but this company earned it. They did clean my house — but they also broke my blinds. When I confronted them, they flat-out lied and said they didn’t do it, even though I found the broken piece tossed in the trash they left behind. I don’t even touch my blinds, so there’s no question who caused the damage.

Eventually, the owner state that she would order replacements — then kept lying about having done so. After back and forth, the blinds finally arrived, but when I asked her to fix them or pay someone to do it, she lied again, saying she was out of town and offered to FaceTime me so I could do it myself. Completely unprofessional.

The decent, honest thing would’ve been to own the mistake and fix it — no excuses. Instead, I got lies, delays, and zero accountability. If you’re okay with things in your home getting broken and being gaslit about it, go ahead and hire them. But I wouldn’t trust them again, and I absolutely wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

This is not a cleaning company I saw a vacant house for rent
