love this company. the rep called me directly to let me know when the plumber was on his way and the guy showed up on time. i even had to cancel at last minute and they were understanding and allowed me to reschedule with no issues. the plumber himself was extremely nice and professional. my plumbers hands down for sure.

I contacted Blue Skies Atlanta Plumbing after seeing them recommended on multiple times in various posts requesting recommendations plumbers. I contacted the office early afternoon on Wednesday and they were able to get me scheduled the next morning between 8a-10am. I received a courtesy call at 7:30am notifying me the service tech Kevin would be at my home btwn 8-8:15am. Kevin arrived within the time window and was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and courteous and took the time to ensure I understood what needed to be done and answered my questions. Kevin also went a step further to ensure the work performed would meet the needs for the contractor working on my kitchen. would highly recommend Blue Skies for any current or future plumbing needs and I look forward to having them be my go to service provider for all things Plumbing.

Blue skies was recommended to me by some friends. They came and replaced our main water line from the meter to the house because of a leak. We had an unrelated gas leak a few days later that Gas South couldn't find. We called in blue skies and Gareth worked extra hard to help us find the source of the leak. He really saved us! The customer service at this company is unmatched by any other we have worked with. We also really appreciated their communication that helped us understand everything that was going on. You cannot go wrong using this company!!

I had a plumbing failure in my laundry room. Contacted Blue Skies Plumbing after a referral from a very good friend. I reached out to Desiree to get info on the company and to schedule an appointment. Desiree was able to arrange for Jonathan to visit same day. Jonathan arrived promptly and is very knowledgeable. He was able to view the larger issue I was having at my residence and make reasonable solution recommendations. Highly satisfied with my initial interaction with Blue Skies Plumbing. Great to have a real partner to call on for support.

Kevin was amazing. He was efficient and communicated the issue clearly. He walked us through what was going to take place which was extremely helpful. He respected the property as he worked which is rare for some technicians.

Nothing like coming home from a trip with a million loads of laundry and a non-working washing machine! Big thanks to Stevie for coming out promptly and identifying and correcting the issue. Had him check the water heater and provide feedback on maintenance needs there too ~ appreciate the honesty and thoroughness as well as options to save a little where we could. Won’t hesitate to call him again when we have other plumbing needs.

David proved to be very knowledgeable with Rinnai water heater and was able to troubleshoot my system effectively. He showed/explained every step of the Rannai maintenance procedure and answered all my questions. He was finished in less than an hour. Thanks David!

The plumber John was sharp with his trouble shooting. He was also honest as he easily could have taken advantage of our ignorance. That’s priceless. They were the only company to give a free estimate. I recommend them if you have any plumbing issues and I recommend you pay the rates. Honesty is in high demand.

I was delighted by Blue Skies and on any future plumbing issues I will be calling them. I needed a gas valve repaired and they were able to come the very next morning. They gave me an estimate which I accepted and the finished the job in 30 minutes. Great, plus top to bottom friendly and professional.

Only positive things to say about my experience with Blue Skies! My plumbing problem was a nightmare for me, (pipe broke under flooring ), but Danny & Jonathan were on it from Day 1. Jonathan was there every day, on time, and worked all day! Gareth called several times to check with me about the process and answer any questions that I had. I have a beautiful bathroom again and I can’t thank them enough! Customer for life!!!
