Today, 9/13/24 I got both of my heating units serviced to prepare for the Winter! Mr. Heights is always professional and he even changed the batteries in my thermostat! It's a joy to work with him and his Lovely wife! I would recommend them highly! Thank you! See you next season!

We chose New Heights after reading several positive reviews. Lavar set the expectations from the first call. He gave us a thorough inspection after 3 other companies visited with unsuccessful analysis. He dived deep into the issues based on our explanation of what was happening. He was excellent in communicating and personable. He diagnosed and repaired the problem successfully. Our repair cost went from thousands (with other companies) to a few hundred. He also provided options for long term maintenance. We received a detailed receipt. I highly recommend this company's service!

I had a professional experience with this company. All commitments were met and timely. I was advised on what was transpiring throughout the process. They sent out appropriate items needed for present and future reference. They sent pictures of the completed work since I was out state without being requested which was very thoughtful and nice. Cleanup was done and all trash was removed. The payment process was very easy to complete. I’m a satisfied customer. They are highly recommended. I’ll be telling my single girl friends that this is a company they can trust.

I called left a message, within 5 minutes I was contact immediately. I was given a time that Mr Lavar would there, and he was on point.
Mr Lavar came out and inform me of the problem fixed it. He was excellent and professional. I will continuously to use New Heights Heating and Air and recommend New Heights to everybody, I know

Lavar is the owner and technician. June & July in Georgia were host to some HOT climate conditions that put most AC systems in overdrive. The next available date for service wouldn't be until the end of July. He followed up with me to understand the issue and offered some tips to follow until he could check it out. Lavar called me to check the status of the appointment. He told me his ETA and arrived prepared to take action. 45 minutes later he refilled the system with freon and checked the system for other issues. Everything is functioning properly, and cooling seems to be restored to a comfortable level. The service price was reasonable, and the expertise was exceptional.

My experience with New Heights has always been excellent. I'm a loyal customer and highly reccommed this company. I had our residental ducts cleaned and filter replaced. Lavar was on time and called 1st to let me know he was on his way. The job was done right and he explained the process. Again, I'm a loyal customer.

I feel incredibly fortunate that I found New Heights Heating and Air when I did. It has been some years ago, but since then I have had a new Heat/AC system installed and multiple service calls throughout the years.
Lavar is professional, dependable and fair on pricing. His work is superlative and I am very grateful I have someone like him to rely on with something as important as my air system in my home!

New Heights was great from start to finish! They walked me through the process and priced the job well! They came in and did a thorough duct cleaning! LaVar was meticulous with removing the freshly painted vents as to not damage the walls:) Couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend 👍

If you're looking for a reliable and professional company, New Heights Heating and Air is it! LaVar arrived on time, listened to what I thought was the issue ( turned out it was my thermostat), replaced it and the filter, and checked/cleaned my AC unit before leaving. I was so impressed with the professionalism and LaVar taking the time to explain the importance of ongoing maintenance that I signed up for the maintenance package (worth it if you don't want to crawl unto your crawl space every 6 months). This is the company for your HVAC needs!

Lavar deserves each one of these "5 star" reviews! This is the second time he's performed a service for my elderly Mom and she was so impressed and pleased. If you are looking for quality work at a very fair price, then give them a call. From making the service call to the end of the repair, it was easy and efficient! Quick and efficient...

Well done. We had to wait a bit on equipment because of own hone warranty, but as soon as all the parts were available they came right out.

We've used them twice for different issues. They were always responsive, quality
and on time. I definitely recommend them to anyone.

this company just wasn’t helpful where my lack of a/c was concerned. they checked it multiple times & were paid for their visits. but they didn’t offer any feasible short-term options for my family. slow to follow up where phone calls are concerned. pretty long hold times. we just weren’t their ideal customers nor were they ideal a/c providers for us.
