Swimming Pool Contractor reviews in Stone Mountain, Georgia

I’m very happy with the work they did on my pool. The quality is amazing and the staff was very friendly.

Called 3 times and left a voicemail never received a call back or acknowledgement.

Great business, communication and pool installation process was wonderful. I was kept informed every step of the way.

The staff was very professional. My entire family is extremely pleased about the final product/outcome. They are very knowledgeable and seem very experienced...I definitly recommend them.

Great company and very professional and knowledgeable about what needs to be done. Our pool is a straight disaster (been closed 8 years) and I feel very confident that they can get us open again.

I would give this company a zero if available, they have zero communication skills, unprofessional, and basically scammers. Please do not use this company! We paid over the down payment and didn’t hear back from them until one month later. Our pool was suppose to be complete in 6-8 weeks and our county did not approve of the area of the pool. I am taking them to court .

I had a few experiences with semi pros, pros, and finally the best! Thank you for all you've done to restore our pool and keep it in optimal shape. I appreciate your passion for what you do. Every impression has been a great one.

New liner, supply lines, and pump/filter installed after having a quack do the previous install. The last company left me with a pool that didn’t last a year. I’m much more satisfied with 1st Impressions work. Highly recommend.

Eddie and his staff were professional and prompt. I received a pool liner install and regular cleaning. I recommend their services to anyone who wants to deal with a fair, professional and committed business.

They were simply amazing!! Very punctual and professional. I told them the time frame that I wanted the pool to be completed and they delivered!! I have series of events that I would be hosting this summer and having a completed pool puts the cherry on top!! Great job guys, I definitely recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of working with First Impression Pools, and I can confidently say that they exceeded my expectations in every regard. From the initial consultation to the final reveal, the team demonstrated exceptional professionalism and dedication, especially when faced with various challenges throughout the build.

Despite some unforeseen obstacles, including weather delays and logistical issues, the First Impression team handled everything with remarkable efficiency and a positive attitude. Their communication was clear and consistent, keeping me informed every step of the way. This transparency helped alleviate any stress I had about the project.

When the pool was finally completed, I was absolutely thrilled with the results. It turned out even better than I had envisioned! The craftsmanship is top-notch, and the attention to detail is evident in every aspect of the design. I was particularly impressed with the stunning tile work and the beautiful water features that add a touch of elegance to the space.

Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. First Impression Pools not only delivered a fantastic product but also made the process enjoyable. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to build a pool. Thank you, First Impression Pools, for turning my dream into a reality!

Eddie was great. Kept me informed and explained the process in detail. Pool installed in 6 weeks. Great personality and very responsive. I’m satisfied with the end product.

Good contractor. They came and did exactly what they said. I had some contractors giving quotes north of 50k. They did it for half the price. Good quality work, fast and on schedule. I was impressed. No issues. I will update after a year from 8-31-23.

Eddy @ 1st Impressions made our dream backyard come true, he and his team installed our pool and half basketball court, we have never used our backyard as much as we do now, it’s been a great addition and I’m glad we chose the right company to do it. Thank you Eddy, and wishing you an abundance of business in the future.

My husband and I wanted to do this review after our entire yard was completed and it took an entire year for that to happen. We love our pool. Eddie and his crew did an awesome job. Although the weather and shortage on concrete took the completion longer than expected we are enjoying our pool this summer.

My experience with first Impressions Pool has been so amazing. We have been using first impressions for many years. Our first experience with them was about 12 years ago when our pool was damaged from a storm. They did an excellent job! We’re now retired and entertaining our grands. They’re enjoying the new water feature, first impression installed.
