Jessie and Jerry came out to assist with clean up after my refrigerators ice maker flooded the house. They came right out, explained all that was going to happen, and set to work. They are working with my insurance company so I don’t have to have the hassle. They were great in my emergency.

I got An estimate up front -no hidden costs or surprises on pricing. Clean up crew did a great job in my cluttered kitchen and entire first floor of my house . Not sure why others had a bad experience but I’d use them again if needed.

The project manager, Sean Bleckley promptly arrived at my home. After pointing out all of the errors of concern in my crawlspace, it was determined that no service was required at this time. However, Sean was so kind, knowledgeable, and willing to answer my many questions, that if I require any type of clean up or restoration in thefuture, Servpro would be the company I’d call. I would definitely recommend them to family or friends requiring service

SERVPRO has been a life saver for us. Our home flooded due to a water main break, and their team dried up the water & cleaned out the mud, took care of the wall & floor demolition and removal, and organized a storage pod & put our possessions in while the work was being done. We were so overwhelmed by the flooding, and they did an amazing job taking care of us. They were great communicators throughout the process, helped us understand everything they were doing & when it would be done, were always on-time, and really gave us peace of mind during a chaotic time. Tom, Mindy, and the entire crew were wonderful professionals, and we’d recommend them to anyone.

Today I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Ms. Teri of the Stone Mountain/Clarkston Servpro location! Ms. Teri kept me informed of her ETA and arrival. She arrived promptly at the time she communicated with me ready to get to work. I was greeted with a smile and introduction along with what to expect along with all the instructions I need to make sure everything goes smoothly and to plan. My belongings were treated with great care and preparation to protect from being damaged in the upcoming move. The pack up was fast and thorough which is greatly appreciated! At the conclusion of the pack up, Ms. Teri went over all that had been done and what I should expect from the Servpro team in the coming days. Everything was labeled for the movers and staged nicely. Ms. Teri also made sure I had no further questions or concerns prior to leaving. I’m thoroughly impressed and pleased with her visit and the work she performed today!
