I had Dan come out to give me an estimate on the mast that holds up the wire that comes into the house being replaced . His estimate was double what the other two electrical companies came out to give estimates. Also he said one of his workers, Tony, would be out the next morning to look at the repair to see if we had any other options. I waited until noon for him to show up and finally called Dan to see what happened to Tony. He said he had already been to my house and confirmed his diagnosis. I never saw him walking around my property! I had things to do that morning!

Dan returned my call quickly, set up a time for the quote and was on time.
When Phillip (and Liam) came to do the work, they were on time, professional, friendly and efficient. -

If I could give Epie’s zero stars I would. Inquired about a service and received a very rude and unprofessional email which resulted in a loss of business. I have never dealt with a company like this before. Poor customer service and I will gladly spend my money elsewhere.
