Rude, unprofessional, and unorganized. A perfect example of a bloated corporate company with no respect for it's employees or contractors.

Awesome people, from salesperson down to the installation crew. Family owned and operated, couldn't have asked for a better experience!!! A++++++

The first visit was not successful, but I was not charged and the lamps were repaired. Best electricians in the Atlanta area.

Won't return phone calls. Called several tomes have to leave a message, no one answers. Don't call back.

Terrible company; they steal, cheat, and lie to their customers and their contractors. The type of company that uses cheap tactics to get ahead and has no problem ripping off their contractors.

Had work done at 1010 Midtown (residential unit). Fair price, flexible schedule, and good quality work. Would certainly use again.

LMI Systems, Inc. wanted to bring it to your attention that you have an employee driving in the Peachtree Corners area stalking small women as they’re out walking. Passing me 3 times, waiting at the entrance in a nearby neighborhood, slamming on your breaks and going in reverse because you found me again isn’t a coincidence.

It's unfortunate, but LMI has a policy that works for the company only. I completed  a service call  that was slated to last one hour, I was on site on a call with their tech for 8 hours and was signed off by the store's mgr. When I requested payment for the 8 hours , they did the runaround and, and would not confirm with the in store mgr and paid me for an hour and a half only.

As a Chiropractor and owner of Athens Upper Cervical Chiropractic, I have an obligation to protect my patients information to the highest standards available and I have every confidence that Rob Langston and LMI TaaS Pak is the right IT & Cybersecurity Company for the job! Rob made everything easy from the very beginning, and the entire team I have dealt with is professional and knowledgeable.

Great customer service and I.T. support staff. They have a great staff there that make you feel as if you you're their only customer.

I was assigned a work order through Field Nation to go to a site and work for them. The SCOPE OF WORK presented to me through FN did not match what LMI wanted me to do. When I called the work order manager William Major and explained to them that the scope of work provided in FN was completed based on statements from the MOD at the site where work was to be completed. I was met with a very rude tone of voice and attitude. This person explained that the scope of work didn't have to match what was presented in FN as there was only so much general information that can be provided as for what is to be completed. I find that odd as there is several paragraphs explaining a completely different scope of work for a VOIP issue with an intercom system. William Major continued to be rude and have an attitude about me being able to complete the job based on a different scope of work. At that point I told him I was going to check out and cancel the work order and let him find someone else to deal with the confusion. If LMI and associates can't present up to date scope of work in their work orders at FN then LMI and associates can't expect to get great results for their customers and contractors.

I will be blocking LMI Systems, Inc. from showing up in my FN account moving forward...

Great company! The employees are very professional and caring. The technicians are known for their quality service.

The buyer changed the terms of the agreement, and when relief was requested it was turned down and the WO was canceled.

This was after my tech had already driven 143 miles to a empty field. The terms where broken due to that bad address. That ended up adding 57 miles to the trip. 57 miles that had not been figured into the original agreement. My tech traveled those extra miles on good faith, before the request was then turned down and he was sent back to the office.

Great experience with a top notch company. Our initial meeting was detailed and informative, when I got my proposal back it was concise with details for each of my locations. Once the work started they did a great job of keeping me up to date and informed with the work as it progressed through each site. The team lead identified a few concerns early into the process and we had ample time to find the right solutions before small issues were made large. Just a great partner and a great vendor, I will use them again and strongly recommend them.
