Mr. Simpson has been doing our quarterly pest control and termite treatment for a few years now. He has a great attitude, is always positive, and always listens to any concerns we have. The treatment is a bit expensive, but we continue using Northwest because of the excellent service.

We've used them for years, since buying our home, for termite monitoring. This year we tried out the mosquito control and have been really pleased with it. It's been the difference between being overwhelmed with mosquitoes and being able to eat dinner outside (while slapping a biter or two). Definitely worth it.

Customer service is average. Results of actual pest control are mixed. We’ve had an ant problem and have called and had them treat between normal quarterly visits 3-4 times to see a difference. Prices seem fairly high.
