Mr. Simpson has been doing our quarterly pest control and termite treatment for a few years now. He has a great attitude, is always positive, and always listens to any concerns we have. The treatment is a bit expensive, but we continue using Northwest because of the excellent service.

We've used them for years, since buying our home, for termite monitoring. This year we tried out the mosquito control and have been really pleased with it. It's been the difference between being overwhelmed with mosquitoes and being able to eat dinner outside (while slapping a biter or two). Definitely worth it.

I've been using Northwest Exterminating for over 20 years. If I have any pest or wildlife related issue, all I have to do is call and Leon is out within the week. It is great and comforting to know that the same person is out every time to service our home. He gives advice to help us keep our home pest and wildlife free.

Celeste was amazing, tackling our ant visitors with a problem-solving, can-do approach and is willing to try different tactics to get to the root (or nest!) of the problem. She's the best!

Northwest has always been responsive to my needs as a homeowner. This last visit, we had been having a big problem with ants. Trey came out and was very thorough in his approach to treating the problem and encouraged me to reach out again if it continues. I'm not sure yet if our ant problem is completely solved, but I feel confident that Northwest will be there for me if it's not. Time will tell.

I really appreciate my technician, Rich. He is friendly, efficient and goes the extra mile. Also courteous and careful. I cannot say enough good things about him.

I bought a property in DeKalb county that wound up having a severe infestation in the kitchen. When I say severe, I'm not exaggerating. I had to buy new kitchen appliances because they were actually IN the appliances. Who knew that was a thing? Not I.
My sister recommended Northwest to me. By the time Mr Leon finished my initial assessment, he'd put my mind at ease. He was a well of knowledge and very friendly. He also found that I had an active wasp nest AND carpenter bees. When he left, I was confident that this property would be pest free. And it is.

Kayla Purcell, Leslie Miller and Angela Campbell have all been great with servicing our large community with 600+ homes and dealing with homeowners directly. They are very attenuative and responsive. I would highly recommend them.

The technician was on time, professional, and knowledgeable. The technician answers my questions. He also cleans up the spider webs, and I though he really did his jobs.

The technician listened to my concerns about the bug issue in our yard and was very thorough in spraying the yard. It was obvious he wanted to help resolve the issue. We were impressed by his excellent service.

Northwest does a great job of keeping our home free of pests. Our technician Leon is very knowledgeable and personable. He feels like part of the family and it's always a joy having him service our home. If we ever have a problem with pests, Leon has the solution. We've even requested for Leon to always be our technician because we know we can trust his expertise. We've had other techs come out as well and they are great too. You can't go wrong with Northwest.

I've been using Northwest Exterminating (Tucker) now for a couple years. I'd previously used other, more traditional pest control services but was always encountering unwanted pests in the house. I learned about Northwest from a trusted friend and decided to give them a try. I was immediately convinced of the effectiveness of the product and I've not had any bad experience since.

We have been working with Logan for the past year and are so pleased with how responsive and helpful he has been. Overall the customer service at Northwest is impeccable.
