I call them about service, after I send information he said ok I will came . 3 hours later he said $ 648 and he said I have to pay with out job site with out see any thing.
And the way he spoke not professional.

OMG! I can't believe these guys is still in business I used these guys 8/9/2021 they took my money and didn't provide the service I paid for which was a leak detection 385.00 Ernesto Caesar came out they didn't confirm that they were coming I wasn't home he called me and stayed there was no need for a leak detection and thats what i paid mu 385.00 for instead he emailed me a estimate of 6471.30 and credited me my 385.00 I ALREADY HAD ANOTHER COMPANY TO DO THE JOB I JUST NEEDED WATER SAVER TO DETECT THE LEAK AND THDY DIDNT BUT THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND THEY ARE STILL TAKING PEOPLE HARD EARNED MONEY TODAY!

They were the third person I called to find the leak that was coming from underneath my floor. Every other company had me scheduled in for a week later. They were able to move some appointments around and get me scheduled in the next day. They found the leak and fixed it for us.

Called in saying that I believed the septic was backed up, they charged $185 to send a plumber to tell me that I was right and to drill a hole in my septic pipe.

Plumber was friendly, but not very helpful.

They told me they would call back to discuss the septic pumping, but sent an email instead (was out digging up the tank waiting for the phone to ring and didn't see the email for an hour). The quote for septic cleaning was $950. (on top of the $185 for the consultation).

Ernesto Caesar and his team are very professional. We were fortunate to list and sell a property they had worked on. His crew did an amazing renovation job and handled any issues with the utmost in professionalism. Thank you

Recently, my tub handles were stripped by my roommate. I called Ernesto and he came over to replace it right away. Because of his professionalism I had him to look at a leak that I had which was coming from a pipe in the attic. He provided me with an estimate and came over a week later to repair it. Ernesto timely and did a phenomenal job. He also provided me with someone to repair the sheetrock that was damage. I now have a plumber for life and Water Savers of Atlanta has a customer for life. One a scale from 1 to 10. I would definitely give them a 10. Thanks so much Ernesto and Karen.

Professional and reliable. They took the time to explain what my issues were in the simplest way to ensure I understood the solution I needed. They have handled my residential and commercial plumbing issues. I have used their water leak detection services as well.

I called and spoke with the owner, stated I had an old toilet in an office building that was leaking from the base in two spots, he said he was driving and would forward my info to another plumber. The plumber, Melvin Pierce returned my call, he said he don't do FREE estimates and the job was too small, either he fix the problem or replace the problem, than he disconnected the phone, how rude. I called the next day to speak with the owner, wanted to know why would he forward my info to another plumber when he knew he would not take the job, if the owner was busy he should have told me, left a message for him to return my call and he never did. I will never call, or recommend any clients to this business.
