Expert staff with customer service skills. Small business owner, prevalent throughout this organization delivering quality: water extraction, mold testing & Remediation, Reconstruction and sanitation.

Above All was scheduled three days in advance but never confirmed the appointment. After waiting for an hour and a half on the scheduled day and making 3 calls, I was finally told that the service had been cancelled. Very disappointing and terrible customer service. My carpets are still dirty!

Raymond is super unprofessional. After asking for a emailed detailed quote he says we don’t do that the price is 1,800 do you want to do it yes or no. No Raymond without a detail quote listing all work that’s going to be completed no I don’t want it!

I just spoke with Rebecca over there and she is extremely knowledgeable about mold. They test for mold. She was very professional and patient and explained the entire process. She gave me answers my own doctors didnt have. I didn't know that mold can appear as hairs/fibers throughout your home. It has various colors and can cause you to never associate it with mold. If you keep getting sick and your doctor can't tell you why call this company. Thank you Rebecca!

This company does not offer any secure method of taking payment. I was asked to provide my credit card information over the phone, which I refused to do. I had to get checks and have someone come out to pick the payment up and drop off test results. I specifically asked to test mold that was outside of my furnace. That wasn’t done, only air test for $250. I am disappointed with the lack of clear communication. I asked specific questions and got ambiguous answers. Mold is serious and for this company to be unclear is disappointing. I will need to find another company that offers clear communication and secure payment options to tell me if I have mold that is harmful or not.

I called Above All after the leaking water line from my refrigerator caused me 2nd water to go into the space between my would flooring upstairs and my ceiling in the garage. They came out that day to begin the water removal process. They made sure that they accessed anywhere the water destroyed. They left dehumidifier equipment and when they were done cleaned everything! Hopefully I will never have to, but if I do need them, I will definitely use them again. Staff was also excellent working with my insurance company regarding payment!

We could not be happier with the work performed. We had a small water leak that caused havoc in our kitchen/living room. Every person on the team went above and beyond from the start. The water mitigation team was so helpful and explained everything in advance. Then when it came to the repair….Suzette was such a joy to work with…so friendly and level-set with us every step of the way so we knew what to expect. Everyone that worked in our home was professional and friendly. Kindness goes a long way! Fabricio and his whole team were fast and efficient! A traumatic experience with the leak was made so much better by this team. They gave us our beautiful home back in pristine condition!
