My air conditioner stopped working yesterday, I called several companies and John Davis Heating and Air said they could be here within several hours. Their update about the technicians (River) time of arrival was awesome. River arrived and checked my ac & furnace. Turned out to be my condenser, he replaced it and cold air is blowing once again. I truly recommend John Davis and his crew! Very satisfied. 🥰

I am very please with the work that Sean, Luke and Seth did replacing my old heating and air conditioning units. They arrived on time, and were very professional and courteous. Found this company by word of mouth. Sent the inquiry email at 9pm last night and they were at my home by 11am the following day. The tech was extremely polite, professional and kept me updated each step of the way. Highly recommend

I chose them because they are local, and a family business. Absolutely wonderful! They put in my new system about 4 years ago, they are there when you need them. He was so thoughtful and polite. On July 1st, Santiago came to check why my unit was not cooling. He came promptly, worked efficiently, and quickly determined the issue. He repaired the issue, and ran tests to check if it was working properly. Santiago was kind, polite, knowledgeable, a lovely person. I depend on John Davis Htg. & Air because I know they are honest, dependable, reasonable, family owned, and I know I can count on them. I have referred several of my neighbors and friends to them. So now, I will need that repair. Santiago was, again, so polite and respectful. He described the problem and told me what needed to be done. First of all, my assigned A/C Technician, David, was prompt/on time! A plus for me. Aside from being friendly and communicated clearly, he knew his trade very well with knowledge and skill. These traits were welcomed by me and I'm sure for others as well.

After having the worst experience ever with a different so called reliable company a few years ago, we called John Davis Heating and Air and they were great! Since the other company couldn’t be trusted, we don’t let them do our yearly maintenance even though it is required for our warranty!
We recently had a problem and they came quickly and took great care of us! A huge thank you to Santiago who was amazing!

Thursday late afternoon heat stopped heating - these guys were here Friday at 8:00am to check out the problem!!

The whole system was shot! It was a 2005 unit, so not completely shocked.

They arrived this morning and we are already up and running!

Now, THAT is SERVICE!!
