Bruce is wonderful. He has a kind spirit and very knowledgeable, and professional. He arrives when he says he will. He took great safety precautions by texted a picture of himself so we would know who is arriving to our home which was greatly appreciated!! He took his time and explained the scope of work that needed to be done. He wore shoe protectors. He did a wonderful job on all the work. He cleaned up after the work was done. He took pictures of everything that was completed, and did a walk through with us. Bruce will continue to be our plumber from now until he retires!! Thanks again Bruce for a job very well done!!

Roland came out same day I called for clogged sink. Very thorough with service, friendly and professional.

Had a problem with a shower valve and was not able to take a bath or shower and I only have one bathroom in my house so I was having to drive sixty miles round trip just to go to my moms to take a shower so my landlord had trouble finding a plumber but was able to get in touch with this gentleman and at first he thought he wouldn’t be able to get out to my house til Friday and it was Tuesday when I talked to him but he finished up with a job earlier than expected today which is Wednesday and was able to come and install the new valve which gave me back the ability to take a shower in my own home he was very respectful and professional and I would definitely use him again and recommend his services to any one who needs a plumber so if your in need of some plumbing help I highly recommend this gentleman!

Fantastic experience with Bruce. He quoted a fair price, came on time to remove water heater and other appliances for drywall work behind them, and late in the day installed them back to our satisfaction. He even stayed late to fix a very unnoticeable leak that other plumbers would have ignored. Along the way, Bruce supplied lots of tips related to plumbing and also gave advice on an unrelated plumbing problem in the house. Totally satisfied.

Bruce was awesome. After my repeated attemps that failed, and on short notice, he was able to come out and fix my toilet stoppage. Bruce also discovered and fixed other issues at no additional cost. Very courteous and professional.

He responded quickly to our message and was able to come out and make the repairs within the week. He was very knowledgeable, polite, and professional. I can't believe how quickly Bruce was able to fix my issue. Long story short, water company called to say I had high increase in water usage & may have a possible leak. I called Plumb Ready Plumbing on Wednesday and Bruce was out on Thursday. Very detailed & explained things in a way that I could follow. Being a single female, its hard to trust just anyone, but Bruce was very understanding and patient with me and all my questions. I would highly recommend Plumb Ready Plumbing and Bruce to anyone in need.
