My wife and I wanted to have extensive stonework done on the front porch and wrap-around patio. In addition, we wanted to have lighting added to the front of the house and walkway. We checked almost every landscaping company in the area and All South Lawnscapes was clearly head and shoulders above the rest. Warren, who owns the business, came to the house, listened to what we wanted and then described in detail what he would do, making several suggestions that were amazing. He put together an estimate and sent it to us. There was no pressure and we hired him.

The work was AMAZING! The materials were delivered and Warren and his men were right on time. Warren's crew were artisans. They obviously take pride in their work and it shows. Warren's lighting crew was just as amazing.

We have used AllSouth Lawnscapes on two projects now and they have been fantastic. Alex is our go to guy and he has great communication and truly cares. Our second project was a big one and they showed up when they said they would and worked hard to get it done quickly and also perfectly. The crew guys were great especially Matt. They did excellent with the clean up as well. This companies pricing is very fair unlike some others out there. I contacted Kevin Couch who extremely helpful and provided great customer service. He can by several times to help me decide the best way to get my yard getting to looking better. I want to genuinely thank Kevin for making me feel like we mattered.

We have a steep driveway and needed to build a walkway to provide an easy access to the street. We also needed new sod.

Five stars to Matt and the crew for their hard work and diligence.

One star to Alex for his poor project planning (not providing a drawing for the project, not confirming the location of the walkway before the start day); ignoring customers’ needs (planning to start the walkway in the middle of the steep driveway (what's the point?!) and not in the front yard as was clearly communicated, not informing us about his plan); propensity to cut corners (bringing materials that were different, than the ones specified in the estimate, not providing the lawn soil as a part of the quoted soil preparation). We informed him beforehand that our lot had poor soil. I was at the site looking when the crew was ready to lay sod and I had to request the crew to stop.

A lot of crew time was wasted while them and us were adjusting.

Because of the delays that could be avoided, if the project had been properly planned, the crew was late on the sod installation, which was the last step in the project. As this was near end of day Friday, the crew was in a hurry to complete. The result was a bumpy lawn with big gaps and holes between sod pieces. An expensive Zoysia grass we paid a premium for looks so unprofessionally installed with those big gaps and bumps.
Also, in the final invoice the sod price was inflated compared to the estimate.

With the current attitude toward project planning and little care to customers’ needs, that we have experienced, we would not recommend All South Lawnscapes.

Kevin Couch came to my home to clear a front island of old azaleas, huge banana trees, and old rose bushes. He worked so hard in the heat and cleared it all out and finished the job in just a couple of hours. Kevin is such a hard worker, takes such pride in his work and made sure to clean up after. I highly recommend him and I’ll be using him again in the future. Great company with a great employee.

After meeting with a few contractors (landscape designers), we easily picked All South Lawnscapes because of the pure professionalism, promptness of replying to us, and the AMAZING vision and ideas the landscape designer (Alex Kidd) provided during our first appointment/visit. The landscapers knocked out the entire backyard in a day and a half and did a wonderful job. They even moved a sprinkler head for us, that wasn't in the correct place to provide efficient irrigation, without adding on to the project budget. The project manager/landscape designer worked with our schedule when the weather wasn't cooperating. Any issues that we brought up were promptly addressed and we couldn't be more pleased with this company--Highly recommend!!

All South Lawnscapes recently completed an incredible transformation of our backyard. They corrected drainage issues, built an outdoor kitchen and fire pit, extended our patio, landscaped and replaced sod, and installed lighting and an outdoor audio system. Every part of this massive project went smoothly! Their staff and crews were professional, courteous and timely-they made us feel like we were their only customer. Tim, warren, and AllSouth crew have done a fantastic job installing my commercial landscapes since 2015. The latest project was finished on time and on budget. We had a few plants die because of a hard freeze during the installation, and AllSouth promptly replace them, with no hassle. I will be using them for my next project as well, great job guys!

I would HIGHLY recommend this company. We have used them twice this year and have been extremely satisfied. First they designed and built a firepit and walkway in our backyard. Next we had them use the same stone and re-do our back walkway to our house and put in a retaining wall. All of their work exceeded our expections and everyone we dealt with was extremely courteous and professional. If you are considering a landscaping company that provides great service and a positive experience, this is it.

We used AllSouth and had a wonderful experience! I consulted with Alex and he developed a plan for our front yard, back yard and pool area. He helped design a retaining wall and recommended/installed sod. They also installed an irrigation system for easy care and maintenance of our lawn. The plants look great around the house/ pool and have thrived. We were exceptionally pleased with the quality work they provided. Would highly recommend!

This has been an absolute nightmare! We have tried to resolve issues for several months with no response from the company (phone calls and texts). We had a large pool/backyard project done that i am now having to higher another company to come fix. It included design, full irrigation, sod, etc. Plants were not fully planted into the ground (roots are showing), tons of dead plants that they failed to respond to requests to check on it within 30 days of the install. We have sent pictures over text as well.

I have asked that Warren come out and look at the job to make sure it met his standards, he refuses to do so. I have been asking this for almost 6 months now.

The install did not follow the plan, and we were very flexible with the mistakes. They tried to steal my flagstone steps!!! The plan was to reuse the ones we have (4' ones) and they instead used 3' ones and took our 4'. I was charged for all the new flagstones, and the communication when i called them out on it was "well i didnt charge you to take them away." This was almost $2,000 in flagstones. We did get them returned as they had not gotten paid yet.

My yard was never fine graded, so the new sod is lumpy and i am going to have to sand my yard over several seasons to get it to smooth out.

We had to call them out several times to keep fixing issues, and i made the mistake of paying them and they stopped coming to make things right.

They were referred to me by my pool company. I have informed them to never refer this company again.
